[Kirk's P.O.V.]
Nazan did not hide the fact that he killed my grandma. With his self-righteous face still on, I gritted my teeth and suppressed my anger. I almost crushed the table beside me to prevent myself from tearing his face apart in the coffee shop.
I was just too angry. The angrier I was, the more clear-headed I would be and I knew that I couldn't make any mistakes. The gap between our abilities was like a huge ravine. Even if he was in front of me, I still couldn't do anything.
I looked back at him with burning eyes. "Why did you kill her? You know that her intelligence has become like that of a child. Why can't you let her go? What good does it do for you to kill her?"
As if he had heard a joke, Nazan chuckled, lowered his head, and leisurely swirled his coffee cup. "There's no benefit. As long as I want to, I can kill anyone, including your father."
"What? What are you talking about?"
