A Short Departure

[Ellie's P.O.V.]

Anton's tone was mixed with a trace of grievance. I almost couldn't bear to reject him at that moment. Fortunately, I was rational and didn't lose my mind.

"Don't say that. Look, the hotel is always a bustling place. Myron will be bored if he stayed with you. Just let him live here."

"Then I won't leave either. I'll sleep with you." Anton sat on my office chair and crossed his legs.

I rolled my eyes. I thought I had seen my fair share of shameless people, but clearly not with Anton's current behavior.

"Impossible! Don't be difficult, Anton!" I angrily shouted at him.

"Is it too much to sleep with your own mate?" Anton raised his eyebrows. "Anyway, Ellie, I will either take Myron away or I will stay here. Your choice. There is no third option."

Anton didn't give me any room for negotiation as he argued strongly.

I was dejected. I knew that if I refused again, he would go overboard.
