Winter palace:-

She pushed him, when he started sucking her blood.

"What's wrong with you?"

She pulled her hands to keep it at a safe distance from him, Simon grabbed her hands to cover her wound with his kerchief.

"it tastes good, why waste it!"

He looked into her blue eyes as he kept her hand on her lap. he asked her not to disturb him as he wanted to take a nap.

"That stupid crimson, i haven't slept well!"

He told her to read books if she's board, and he closed his eyes gently, resting his head on the backseat. Roseline sat looking at the sceneries, which she enjoyed the most, it was her habit to watch out of the window, whenever she travelled. The air was too strong for her, not only her but also for Simon, when he rubbed his hands, still sleeping she felt sorry for him.

"This Vampire is sure different from others!"

she closed the window, and sat back to read his book. She just started reading the book, Simon has already put his head on her shoulder, She was shocked at his sudden action, her eyes widened, she clenched her skirt, she sat straight as she didn't wanted to wake him up, his head moving close to her neck, his breaths tickling her neck, which caused her all body goosebumps.

"What do I do?"

She wanted to wake him up badly, but seeing him sleep soundly, no one could wake him up, She could feel her shoulder getting numb, but she sat still.

Roseline's eyes started feeling sleepy, she tried controlling her sleep but in vain, she was asleep too.

When Simon woke up, he found his head her resting on her shoulder, he gently lifted his head trying not to wake her up, and he placed her head on his broad shoulder and he sat reading his book, which Roseline was holding.

"You really were going to read this?"

he looked at her face, which had worry on her face.

The carriage stopped and Roseline was awake, and she knew where her head was resting very peacefully, but she didn't had the courage to wake up as she was embarrassed, she pretended to sleep, though she was awake. Simon giggled as he knew she was awake.

"I think I should take you to my room!"

He said it so loud that before he could complete his sentence she had already covered his mouth with her hands, peeking outside if anybody had heard him talk.

"Why are you so dumb prince Simon?"

She yelled, just to make him look at her with his playful look.

he asked her to get down the carriage followed by Simon. there was a big lake awaited for them. Roseline was so confused she asked him if he had brought her here to look at this lake as she had already seen many lakes.

"Be ready, hold me tight!"

he carried her making her flinch, she was confused.

"I know I offended you... don't you think this would be too much of punishment?"

she hugged him as she told, she thought he was going to throw him to the lake, Simon Smiled as he flew up the sky to face the moon, he asked her to open her eyes, which were shut closed.

"Don't be silly, open your eyes!"

the view was breathtaking, the forest was covered with long trees which were covered in snow, which was way to beautiful to watch.

"Wow.... this is so beautiful!"

Roseline's eyes had sparkles as soon as she saw the beauty the place had, and it was enhanced as they saw from above. Roseline pointed her finger towards the palace, which was a very beautiful Palace she had ever seen, the palace was made of ice. Seeing Roseline confused Simon told that the palace is called 'Winter palace' and it was made through witchery.

"witchery? aren't witches all gone for many years."

Roseline was amazed to hear the palce was made by Witches as they were all gone now.

"It is made fifty years ago!"

Simon landed infront of the palace, and he let her stand on the ground, he saw her temperature going down, he took of his scarf covering her.

"Let's go inside!"

Roseline was amazed as it was way too much warm inside, she didn't thought the ice palce would be this warm.

"Do you like it?"

Roseline was happy to see many things made of ice which didn't melted even in the temperature they were in.

"Yes... this is so refreshing!"

She walked towards the ice statue of a beautiful woman, she walked the stairs to look at it.

"Wow... how can be someone this beautiful!"

seeing how beautiful the statue was she couldn't resist admiring it.

Simon told that it is the statue of the Witch who made this palce.

"she isn't beautiful as you!"

Roseline looked at him, who looked at her proudly after complementing her.

"What happened to her?"

Roseline touched the statue's head part as she was curious to where the woman went, but Simon had a very shocking answer ready for her. he told the witch was very evil and she's been captured and nobody knows what happened to her, elders told that she's been killed, and that there is some rumours about her being locked under spells.

"But you should not care about her, take Care of yourself, as legends say she's been haunting this palace for years now!"

Simon scared the soul out of her body, she looked scared he asked her to sleep in his room if she's scared, she stared at him up and down before she left, she jumped and his behind Simon when she saw a maid jump out of nowhere, Simon couldn't control himself from laughing, he was tired by all the traveling but her scared faces was so funny and adorable that he laughed till his stomach started aching, While Rose stood looking at the paintings ignoring Simon who was having rough time laughing.

"Your highness ... allow me to walk you to the dining hall!"

The maid was aged, seeing her posture one could tell she had spent her entire life being a maid.
