CHAPTER 51: Shall I give you a demonstration?

It was already past afternoon and the warm sunrays had filled up the spacious room. But lying down on the cold floor, Noah was blankly gazing outside the windows at the clear sky with his dull gaze. With his shallow breathing, his body had turned numb from extreme fatigue and exhaustion from being starved for so long, that it made him unable to stand up anymore.

With a heavy sigh, he caressed his lower abdomen which was hurting from the pain of hunger contractions. Every passing minute felt longer than hours as he stared aimlessly outside. Slowly, he could feel dizziness growing in his head and the vision before him turning blurred. His throat had turned parched try from thirst that made him unable to speak out anymore.
