Epilogue Two

TWELVE YEARS LATER

Madi P.O.V.

I smiled as Ari's name was called and she walked onto the stage in her white graduation gown. A large amount of people stood to cheer and she flashed a smile to the crowd. Ari had grown to be such a beautiful young woman. Her hair was as dark as Jason's and her eyes were even greener than mine. She was kind and loved by everyone despite how powerful she is. Ari and and her brother and sister had been the best thing to happen in my life. She was a princess but we never treated her differently and neither did any of her friends or the pack. There was a small shadow that was about to come over our happiness, her impending birthday. In just a few short weeks my oldest child would discover if she was mated to the vampire prince Dominic. I prayed it was a mistake but she has yet to find her mate so something tells me he was her mate.

I felt a hand in mine and I glanced over at Jason who gave my hand a light squeeze. I smiled at him and it was almost like he knew exactly what was going through my mind. We sat back down with the twins as we waited for the ceremony to come to a close. As I laid in bed that night all the different thoughts of what was in Ari's future was in the forefront of my mind again. Jason walked into the room clad in only a towel. My eyes ran up and down his bare chest. Jason had aged well. His body was still as fit as ever and he was just beginning to have noticeable smile lines around his mouth and eyes. I couldn't believe eighteen years later he could still affect me like this. It was beginning to look like the affects he had on me would never fade. There was a cocky smile on his face as he noticed my eyes on him and walked to the bed.

"Are you staring at me mate? Do you need something?"

I grinned, "Don't I always?"

He hummed, "Yes, you are very needy love."

I gasped in mock outrage and he settled between my legs. He laid a kiss to my neck and chuckled at me. I arched against him as he licked along my mark making me let out a real gasp.

"Still so responsive my love."

I reached between us grabbing his hardness in my hand and he let out a groan resting his head on my chest. "You too Jas. I will never get bored of the way you respond to me."

He jerked in my hand as he reached his hand between us to touch me as well. I gasped as his fingers made a circle around my clit and I pulled his mouth to mine. The kiss was slow and long. It was true our love making didnt have the desperate air it use to but it was just as fulfilling. We both removed our hands as he slowly and fully entered me. He made love to me slowly and gently before turning onto his back and pulling me to lay on his chest. I listened as both of our breathing slowed back down. He ran his fingers up and down my spine as I traced the three long lines across his torso from the battle from so long ago. They were mostly faded now and we hard to find unless looking for them. His breathing slowed and his hand stilled as I looked up at his face.

I smiled at his features relaxed by sleep. I couldn't even imagine what life would have been like if I had never met Jason. He took my life and made it so much better, I never would have thought my life would turn out like this. I was a simple wolf with no type of title who was mated to an alpha. After being mated to him I was now a luna a queen and a mother to three wonderful children. Of everything that had happened to me I was so happy it ended up like this. We had done our living and now it was our children's turn to find out what their life would be. It was nerve wracking because I want to keep them from all harm, but I couldn't prevent them from living.

There was a loud boom as Jason jerked awake and we both looked towards our door. We heard loud laughing and booming feet followed by Ari yelling.

"You little twerp! I'm going to get you for that!"

Jason let out a sigh and I laughed as he got up and grabbed pants to see what had happened now. There was so much happiness beaming in me as he walked into the hall followed by his booming voice.

"What are you guys doing out here? Ari put that down! No Jasper don't!"

I heard a loud splash sound and Ari's scream of outrage as I rolled over into my pillow laughing. Goddess I love my life.
