UNPREDICTABLE......

The turbulence started about fifteen minutes after the plane was airborne. He noticed that his mom, dad, and elder sister, sitting next to him, were uncomfortable. The sound of him tapping on the window seemed to increase their discomfort. He asked his mom, "What happened, Mommy?" She replied, "Don't worry, dear, nothing happened." He observed that his mother's words didn't match her feelings. He said, "You didn't understand my question, Mom. I was asking if you guys are alright? You all look upset. I'm absolutely fine, but you all seem terrified."

"Oh no, no, my child, it's just turbulence, so we were all uneasy."Suddenly, a voice came over the intercom, "You are all requested to remain calm. We may experience further turbulence as the weather is not very favorable."His sister loudly exclaimed, "If it's not favorable, why aren't you making arrangements for an emergency landing? I hope no one wants to see heaven too soon!" Everyone started shouting and screaming, demanding an emergency landing. He, yes, the five-and-a-half-year-old, started singing a song. A sudden silence fell, probably an awkward one. Once the noise subsided, he stopped singing and loudly said, "Hey everyone, hope you're all doing well. I hope you'll listen to me without considering that I'm a five-and-a-half-year-old kid. I hope you all heard the staff. If not, then let me tell you and remind you that her words were, 'STAY CALM.' They are already here. If you guys know that you cannot do anything, at least try to stay calm because this is the only way we can help each other. It's just turbulence. At this altitude and in this weather, emergency situations are not possible. Hope for the best. If they feel the need for an emergency landing, they will do it. There is no need to rush and make things difficult for them. If airlines take good care of us all the time and provide us with facilities, can't we just do them a favor by not panicking? At least they won't get upset.""You all should know that words actually help our minds to think. Speak with good words, and you'll have good thoughts. And at the same time, if you scream and shout or speak badly, it will not only frighten yourself but also those around you. So please, calm down."No one ever imagined that a kid could say all that.Right after his words, the staff announced, "We have already experienced the turbulence. Now, considering the present and predicted weather conditions, we can have a peaceful journey." This showed that during his entire conversation with the plane's passengers, they had gotten through the turbulence without even noticing it.People started conversing right after what had happened, definitely judgmental conversations, with mixed views, both positive and negative. As he listened to some of the voices, he realized what people were talking about, and then his stream of consciousness began...again, some confusions and some questions. For the time being, his family was shocked by his words too, and when he looked at them, the stares and expressions he received were questionable, but he didn't ask anything and started looking out the window, lost in his confused set of thoughtful questions: How can people react like this? Why can't they have patience? Why did he speak so much? Was there any need for all that? What would they have been thinking about him, how a kid could do that? Was it all right or wrong? How can I think that way or talk that way? What if my sister misunderstands me, as I contradicted her? Why are people now commenting on him? Why do some of them think negatively about me? Have I done wrong? Whether good or bad, why does someone want to think and rethink what I have said? It's over. Why aren't these people over it? I thought of singing to stop that situation. Was that a silly thing? Oh come on, I'm a kid too. I can't stay without doing anything kiddish...Okay, now stop, that's enough. I need to breathe in and out.He gasped, closed his eyes, and tried to sleep.
