The whole room was drop-dead silent as Captain Henry walked towards Roy.
Henry had an expressionless face as he walked towards Roy.
The tension in the room was so thick that one could cut it easily with a sharp knife and yet no one dared move or make a sound. It was like a movie scene in which after confrontation, the hero walks towards the guilty person and does something unexpected.
So right in the current situation, everyone was waiting for the 'unexpected'.
The first person to break this tension in the room was Captain Ronald, who slowly yet gently moved next to Roy and lightly whispered to Roy,
"Oh boy!, you seriously got yourself in some heavy trouble boy~"
Ronald again shifted his eyes to Henry as he heard Roy heavily gulped and shiver.
Joy.
Amusement.
These were the expressions that decorated Ronald's face as he enjoyed the other guy shivered in fear and anticipation.
He again whispered, but this time he couldn't hide the excitement in his voice and he whispered,:
"Henry looks like he isn't going easy on you today~....."
"C-Captai----"
"shushhhh it's ok, it's ok....."
Ronald gently tapped Roy's shoulder as he cut the other guy in midst of his sentence and again continued.
" if he kills you today, I will personally make sure you get the best coffin and grave~"
*click* *clang*
the sudden sound of metal button clicking and clanging with another metal diverted everyone's attention from Captain Ronald and Roy towards the source of the sound.

it took everyone three seconds to register what had happened. Captain Henry TOOK OUT HIS GUN.
while take out the gun the clanging sound was most probably from it hitting the handcuffs that he had specially brought so he could have arrested ' the killer'.
Roy's eyes suddenly enlarged with shock as he registered the situation and now he knew 'he was in trouble'.
"Shit! if I were you Roy, I would have run out from here with everything I got....right this very second...."
he looked at the stunned boy who was still registering the events occuring in front of him and had a little laugh for himself.
"I-----"
"Run Roy, I think I can hold him for like hmm 2 to 5 secs?~~ you better hurry up?"
it only took a millisecond for Roy to register the situation and he sprinted at the same second as Henry ran towards him. No one said a word but everyone understood the silent signal Ronald sent to everyone.
'Move aside and make way'
It was always very confusing to know whose side Captain Ronald was. His actions for Roy were always contradictory because he would make Henry get mad at Roy and then help Roy run away as well.
It was like he loved the drama and entertainment he got when Henry would chase after Roy and punish him.
As soon as he saw that Roy and Henry have left the crime site, his face became stoic again as he looked towards the officers who were gathering the evidence and called upon one of them.
"Leave the food items, they are not poisoned. Gather any sort of poison particles from the room anywhere even the sides of the couch or under the legs of the table. Go hurry up."
"b-but sir. how are you sure that the death was caused by poison and that the poison is in particle form? "
"Officer I think you should focus on what the do rather than 'Why to do'. It will help you speed up the process."
The evidence collectors looked rather confused and astonished for how serious Captain Ronald was now.
But this wasn't the very first time they had experienced it since Ronald was always strict towards everyone other than those two.
They quickly did as they were instructed and began searching for the poison particles.
It was like 180° change in the room's environment as soon as Roy and Henry left it. Heart thumping loudly as everyone began scrambling around to find the poison under the intense gaze of Captain Ronald.
'Hmn the poison wasn't in the food nor the wine. Neither is there anyone suffocating in the room which means the poison was not present in the air as well so it only leads to one possiblity. The poison was somehow entered the Victim's body'
"Sir! there is a small glass tube under the table!"
All eyes in the room shifted directly towards the officers who had announced this and as always Captain Ronald was the first one to run over there and look at the evidence himself.
Wearing rubber gloves, he carefully picked up the small tube like glass bottle which had some white powder in it. He inspected the bottle carefully and asked for a plastic bag and handed over the 'only evidence' to his most trusted team member 'Tabish' to keep the evidence safe and take it to the laboratory.
Ronald put his hand with the evidence on it in front of Tabish.
No words were exchanged between them both but both of them understood what to do next.
"Here", Ronald said looking right into Tabish's eyes who gently picked up the evidence bag and held it in his possession.
A single nod of head was Tabish's response as if he understood everything in Ronald's mind.
Tabish was at the same trusted position for Ronald as Roy was for Henry but there was a lot of difference between both the duos.
Where Roy was the comedic person, Tabish maintained a very disciplined and serious attitude when they were investigating a case. Meanwhile outside the case both Tabish and Roy were very chaotic.
"Alright team, All of you take the dead body and the evidences found on the scene and leave the incident site without touching or moving anything."
All the officers first glanced at each other, unsure of whether to
