"That's bullshit. Darkness existed first." Cassius Blackwell commented, avoiding her swings with nothing more but a smile. "Not that I was there, but… without darkness, there can't be light."

"But you can see that there was something wrong with darkness–and that's why the Sun arrived. To bring things to the light, darkness is the absence of light–"

"I really cannot believe all of the indoctrination that you're spouting, Miss Paladin." Cassius Blackwell chuckled as he stepped right and avoided the blade that came for his neck. "The only reason why you're alive now is because toying with you around is entertaining–but if you have your head on your shoulders? Use it."
