I grabbed hold of her shoulders and pulled back.

Keira was breathing deeply and a little flushed now that I looked at her closely.

Her entire body seemed to react entirely to the occurrence of kissing, and before I could say anything else–the wind around us seemed to die.

I froze and looked at the manor.

There was a portal open, something that belonged to Belle and from out there came Rose who looked to be standing still like a rigid statue.

"But what?" Keira asked as she blinked at me in confusion.

"But, we should totally talk about this another day… and maybe consider this as a little accident, first?"

"You didn't like it?" Keira's voice wobbled a little.
