A Vampire Lord awoke from his Eternal Sleep plagued with visions from another world. When he broke free from his coffin, he was met with two beautiful ladies who took shelter from the rain. Before he could drain them of their blood and refocus on important things, one of them spoke up.

“You have a heart.” she claimed.

“You need to get your eyes checked by a doctor.” He snorted. Wait. What the heck is an ophthalmologist—?

"Adventurers!" Rose hissed. "You were passed out for who knows how long, we didn't bother you–but adventurers are coming and they're going to discover this manor and that the princess and I are here!"

"Are you sure that they're from Averon though?"

"It's the closest human kingdom I can think of!" Rose said. "They have to be from Averon. Or did we actually not end up around the end of the continent? Are there any other human kingdoms I should be worried about."

"Haha, here's the thing." I raised a finger. "Humans tend to only mark out the territories belonging to them and anything else beyond that is considered wilderness. Mostly to keep people out of dangerous places and not involve them. Granted, since the Vampires are gone, the territories we've held should–"

"Now's not the time!" Rose shook her head. "Do you have a massive cloaking spell to hide the manor from the eyes of the adventurers?"
