Lalisa walked around, her father's government office, she looks impatient "Why haven't those idiots given me the good news I want to hear, after paying such a huge amount of money?" she asked herself.

Her father was also waiting to hear the good news "Call them with the hidden number, we have to know why they haven't called" Phillip said coldly.

"Yes father, I will do that right now" Lalisa dialed a number, it was ringing"Pick up you idiot!" she exclaimed.

Liam was in the basement with his assistant, the two guys has been beaten to a pulp, they were tied up and blindfolded. Liam sat down majestically in front of them "Who sent you to kill me" he asked calmly as if he was talking to a business partner.

The two guys were unrecognizable because of the beating "We didn't know sir, don't kill us" one of them cried out.

"Forgiveness is a sin," he said coldly.

His head of security interrupt the conversation"Sir the phone we seized from them is ringing, I guess it is the client that is calling" he bowed and hand over the phone to Liam, he picked up the call.

"Is the work fucking done?" Lalisa asked coldly.

"BINGO!" Liam laughed hysterically. "What a coward you are Lalisa, did you think your dogs will lay a finger at me, you even attacked the company goods, you think the media would have gone wide, talking about my downfall? You are mistaken" he laughed out loud.

Lalisa froze in disbelief "W..what...t" she stammers.

"Come on Lalisa, level up your game and stop playing dirty, you and your father are desperate, no matter how hard you try, my position can never be yours, be ready to take responsibility for the goods attacked" he threatened her and hung up.

Lalisa throws her phone on the floor out of anger "What the hell!" she exclaimed.

"What's wrong Lalisa," Phillip asked in a worried tone.

"They got caught, I won't give up, I will make sure I end his life," she said in anger and left her father's office.

"Lalisa, I warned you to let me handle it myself but you won't listen" Phillip murmured to himself.

Liam laughed out loud "What a bunch of losers " Liam stand up "Finish them off," he said to his team, he left the basement, and Alfred followed him. The basement was located in his second mansion, he went straight to the mansion.

"I have run a background check on her, sir" Alfred informed as they walked towards the mansion.

He looked at him in amazement "That so fast, who is she?" he inquired.

"It's a complicated matter, sir, her files are confidential" he explained.

He stopped on his track "Elaborate what you meant" he said.

"I tried to dig into her family and childhood but it was connected to the Old Master Smith's confidential files, she is mysterious" Alfred explained. Old Master Smith's confidential files have never been opened or seen by anyone except him, why was she connected to it?

"What connection does she have with my grandpa, there are two things we must do," he said with a hint of urgency.

"What that sir?" Alfred asked.

"You must get her surname to go get to the bottom of this, and also I must pin her down with something, she is in danger," he said In a calm tone.

"Sir, if she is in danger, Old master Smith would have killed her" he speculated.

"Be wise Alfred, it was her childhood that was connected to grandpa's files, not her present life, what if he is also looking for her?" He speculated.

"That can be true, I will act fast" Alfred promised.

The Butler bowed "Young Master Smith, the varieties of recovery meal you requested has been packed" he said and hand over a bag to him "It contains clothes of the young miss that came some days ago" he said.

Liam collected the bag, he checked what was inside "Okay no problem, the packaged food, arrange it inside the booth of the car trunk" he ordered. The Butler bowed and left to put things in order.

"Sir, your last date was missed because of that lady, will you miss this one again?" Alfred asked looking worried.

"No I won't be missing it, book a very good luxurious restaurant, I will be back soon," he said and went to the master bedroom.

In about 10 minutes, the nutrition food packaged had been arranged in the car trunk, Liam went to the big living room "Let go to the hospital, from there to the date" Liam ordered. "Yes sir," Alfred said and lead his boss out of the mansion. They both left the mansion for the hospital.

Sarah was keeping the company of Heemani, she wasn't bored at all. "He said that?" Heemani asked in disbelief.

"Yes he said he will sue the restaurant," Sarah said. "Who is he to decide that?" Hermann asked.

"I told him the same thing" Sarah explained.

Sarah, help me up, am tired of lying down, I want to sit" she said. Sarah stood up from her seat, she gently help her friend up "Are you comfortable now?" she asked.

"Yes I am" she nods. Sarah sat down back "Should I call Ezra?" Sarah raised a question.

"No, don't call him now. He is in the middle of work I don't want to trouble him, he will be worried" she said looking concerned.

"I won't tell him, but at night he will find and will get angry about not informing him earlier" Sarah complained.

"That won't be a problem, he should find out at night," Heemani said.

Liam who has been eavesdropping on their conversation enters the ward "If he is so important, just go and meet him right now" he said with a hint of jealousy. Why was he jealous?

"And how is that your business?" Heemani questioned.

Liam looked at her coldly, he threw the cloth packed to her, "That yours"

Sarah helped Heemani to check the clothes "It's the clothes you wore the day you get wet, it has been washed" Sarah explained.

"Is it complete?" Heemani asked her friend. Sarah pours the clothes onto the chair "The underwear is missing" she said. "I undressed you that day, I remember there was underwear" Sarah added.

Heemani's gaze was focused on Liam "Where are my pant and bra?" she asked shamelessly.

"What are you insinuating?" he asked coldly.

"I am not insinuating anything, my underwear is missing, ask your workers " she defends herself.

"Better" he smirked. Alfred entered the ward with a package of food in his hands, he walked toward Sarah and hand it over to her.

"Eat that, if you wish to get better quickly," Liam said coldly.

Heemani doesn't know whether to thank him or not because he was cold and caring at the same time "Thanks" she said hastily.

"As you know, I have a multi-billionaire empire to manage, I have to get going," he said proudly.

"I don't even want you here," Heemani thought.

"Will check up on you tonight, eat well and rest well," he said and point toward Sarah "And you, take care of her otherwise..." he threatened. Sarah was intimidated "Yes sir," she said without knowing. He left the ward without looking back, and Alfred followed him.
