move in

Jae Won arrived at Si Yoon's small apartment the following morning to pick her up along with her possessions. With a twinge of sympathy, he observed her packing and noticed that she didn't have much. It took less than an hour to complete the process. A few luggage and boxes served as a sobering reminder of how far her life had fallen.

Jae Won couldn't help but feel curious and sympathetic as they made their way to Woo Hyun's villa on the outskirts of the city. Having known Woo Hyun for years, he had witnessed him move through many women as a result of his calculating business transactions and ephemeral cravings. However, there was something unique and distinctive about Si Yoon.

When they got at the villa, it was a large estate encircled by towering walls and verdant landscaping. The main home was a work of architectural art that combined contemporary and traditional Korean features. Light streamed into the large rooms from large windows overlooking the well-kept grounds.

They were met at the door by Mrs. Han, the middle-aged housekeeper. Her kind smile and kind manner provided Si Yoon with a little solace in the middle of the drastic shift. "Miss Kang, welcome," Mrs. Han remarked politely. "I'll show you to your room."

They entered the magnificent foyer, which had marble floors and exquisite lighting, and up the great staircase to reach the second foor. After guiding Si Yoon down a lengthy hallway, Mrs. Han came to a stop in front of a door. She said, "This will be your room," and opened the door to reveal a well-furnished bedroom. "Mr. Woo Hyun's room is right next door."

Si Yoon surveyed the space, admiring the opulent decor and the expansive window providing a garden view. Even though it was everything she could have ever asked for, it felt like a golden cage. She tried to make the space feel somewhat more like her own by spending the afternoon organizing her few possessions. Despite the abundance, she felt deeply isolated and apprehensive about her future.

Meanwhile, Woo Hyun was at home with his father and grandfather, discussing the hotel idea. The family house was another grand estate, with mementos of his wealthy background. However, Woo Hyun preferred the privacy of his villa, away from his family's relentless inspection and expectations.

When Woo Hyun returned to the villa, Mrs. Han met him at the door. "Welcome home, Mr. Woo Hyun," she said with a polite bow. "Miss Kang has settled into her room."

"Call her to my room in fifteen minutes," he said, his tone authoritative as always. He went upstairs to take a shower, the stress of the day fading away with the hot water.

Si Yoon was getting restless in her room. She decided to take a shower, hoping that it might help her nervousness. Mrs. Han had spread out a dress on her bed. It was a lovely black one-piece dress with an attractive yet basic square neckline and a flattering cut that highlighted her healthy shape. Her cheeks reddened as she noticed the black underwear and bra resting alongside the outfit. She dressed quickly, the delicate fabric felt strange on her skin.

Mrs. Han knocked and stepped jin ust as she had finished. "Mr. Woo Hyun has asked to see you in his room," she explained in a polite tone.

Si Yoon nodded and took a deep breath to calm herself. She moved down the corridor, each step intensifying the rhythm of her heart. She approached Woo Hyun's door and lightly knocked.

"Come in," he called out from within.

She entered to discover Woo Hyun standing by the window, holding a glass of wine. He turned, his gaze sweeping over her from head to toe with such intensity that her skin prickled. His eyes were filled with undeniable hunger, and she felt her pulse skip a beat.

She appeared lovely, her beauty dazzling and natural. Her long dark hair flowed down her back in free waves, framing her exquisite face beautifully. Her brown eyes were wide and expressive. The black dress fitted her curves in all the right places, highlighting her fit physique without being overly provocative. The square neckline added an air of elegance, displaying just enough of her collarbones to be appealing. Her skin was beautiful, with a natural radiance that required no makeup.

Woo hyun was happy with the dress that he had chosen for her to wear

"I believe you've settled in?"

"Yes" she replied softly, her voice barely steady.

He approached her, his presence dominating the room. He seized her hand, firmly and guided her farther into the room. "Would you like some wine?" he inquired, bringing a glass towards her.

"No, thank you," she said, shaking her head.

Woo Hyun shrugged slightly before taking a final sip of his wine, his gaze never leaving hers. He placed down the drink and moved closer, his stare now fixed on her lips. Without saying anything, he bent his head and pushed his lips to hers in a forceful kiss.

Only he knew how long he'd been waiting to kiss her lovely lips.

Si Yoon's body stiffened in surprise, as she had never kissed someone before. Woo Hyun's kiss was powerful, an obvious display of his control. Her first disbelief turned into a mixture of fright and despair as she recognized the gravity of her situation. She had signed into this deal knowing what to anticipate, but the actuality was far more overwhelming than she had imagined.

Woo Hyun drew back slightly, his eyes darkening with need. "You belong to me now," he said softly against her lips, his breath warm on her skin. "Remember that."

She nodded, her heart hammering against her chest. The space felt smaller, and the air was heavier. She was stuck, shackled by a contract that had taken away her freedom. As Woo Hyun's hands moved over her body, she closed her eyes, bracing herself for what was about to happen. She had no way out of this situation.
