CH 13 ~ Rennie's Identity
"Hey, Miss; You are finally here?!"
"Do you know how many times i have called you?!"
"I've called you 18 times!!"
A guy with blonde hair spoke as soon as Rennie came out from the elevator of a luxurious hotel.
Rennie was wearing a formal black suit and her light brown hair was tied into a low bun, as she came here directly from her office.
"Alright, I'm sorry. Shall i treat you a meal as an apology; Little brother?!"
Rennie spoke as she walked out of the elevator with a team of bodyguards behind her.
"Hmph! Who is your little brother?! Don't think i will forgive you just because of a meal!"
Justin, who is Rennie's subordinate in her underground organisation spoke.
Rennie gestured the team of bodyguards behind her to not follow her anymore as approached Justin, who was pretending to be angry.
"Ewww... Look at this blonde hair... It's so ugly!"
Rennie spoke as she touched Justin's hair, which has been dyed to blonde from brown.
But Justin shook off Rennie's hands away as he gave a pose while touching his own hair.
"You clearly don't have any taste..."
"Don't you think am am hitting another peak of my handsomeness??
Would you like to come into my embrace, Hmm??"
"..."
"Come over here, You brat!"
"Dare to flirt with me?"
Rennie spoke as she pulled Justin by his ear into a room, not noticing the person who was glaring at Justin fiercely.
'So, is this what you called an important meeting?'
'What kind of meeting one does in a luxurious hotels private room? That too with a guy?!'
Alex thought as he remembered how Rennie had declined his request to drop her off for work.
When he asked her out to have lunch together, she said she had an important meeting and hanged up before he could speak more.
As she couldn't come, Alex decided to meet his clients but didn't expected to see her car in the parking garage.
Seeing the group of bodyguards, He was even more sure that Rennie is here.
It's only her who goes everywhere with gun man's and a big team of bodyguards in this whole city.
The other's have bodyguards too, like Alex.
But they only have five at most.
Not such a big team of 15 bodyguards along with gun men.
But then he saw her with a young man, whose eyes was sparkling and full of admiration as that guy looked at Rennie.
"..."
'Damn! President is really angry now! Why is CEO Millicent acting so close with some guy in the hotel, which is easy to misunderstand?!'
"Ahem... How about we follow them, President?"
'So that you can see that there is nothing going on between them?'
Alex's assistant Neil suggested as he didn't knew how to calm him down.
"HMPH! That guy looks weak... She likes strong man like me."
"..."
Alex spoke as he turned around and pretended like he didn't cared, where he was thinking about how to punish her tonight for this.
Neil sighed as he hurriedly followed after his superior.
Inside the room~
"This thumb drive contains upcoming game files which will be released in the Dragon City next month. It will be a great show to see."
Rennie spoke as she pushed a pen drive towards Justin.
"Pff- As expected, It's not a good idea to offend you. Their whole buisness will collapse because of this."
Justin chuckled as he took the pen drive from Rennie and she also laughed.
"Who told them to join hands with the wrong person and sent a killer to kill me?"
"You don't have to care about them as the rest can be handled by us.
It's just everyone in the Dead Rose misses you a lot. You haven't been to the base since you got married."
"...You people want me to show up infront of my husband after killing people?"
Rennie chuckled as she thought how Alex would react if he gets to know that, the woman he tortures everynight is actually a underground gang leader.
Even if she avoids bad works or doesn't harm innocent people, it's still a shaddy buisness for normal civilians.
She has enemies everywhere, thus she avoids showing her face in public.
This is the reason as she didn't revealed their marriage, lest someone targets Alex to take her down.
Also, why she needs to leave him now.
"How about my father? Found him?"
Rennie asked in a low voice as she remembered that she doesn't have much time to stay with him anymore.
"No, still searching. When will you return to Dragon City?"
"Once am done with all these, I will go there. Is everyone doing good?"
Rennie let out a heavy breath as she spoke and Justin hesitated a little to reply her.
"Mostly...just-"
"WHAT HAPPENED?"
Rennie narrowed her light brown eyes as she looked at Justin to answer her properly.
"Chris... He came here a weak ago, in Linden City; to catch a mole.
But he went missing all of a sudden.
We can't even find him by using GPS. This is also why i came in Linden..."
"WHY DIDN'T YOU TOLD ME SOONER?!"
Rennie got angry at Justin for hiding things from her and jumped up from the chair in frustration.
As Chris is like a younger brother to her.
"I'll take it from here! As for you, i want you to watch 'that' family closely and release the contents in the thumb drive quickly, be careful.'
"Okay, But where are you going; Ren?"
"To see which bastard dares to kidnap my little brother!"

'Who is cursing me?'
Alex thought as he looked at the files infront of him and tried to distract himself to stop thinking about the guy he saw with Rennie.
He didn't went back to his company but drove to the base of Dark knights.
The underground bodyguards of their country, which belongs to the army.
And, their leader is the president of the Crawford Corporation; Alexander Crawford.
Then Neil, who is also a member of the Dark Knight, came to Alex while running in hurry.
"SIR!!! PRINCE FROM DEAD ROSE IS HERE!!"
"...Great timing!"
Alex smriked as he felt happy because of the news.
He had always wanted to meet the 'Prince' from the largest underground gang 'Dead Rose'.
It was said that 'Prince' has never lose a single fight in his life.
And he happens to be in a bad mood, so it's a great opportunity to pick a fight to relieve his anger.
