Dragon Will and Dragon Soul

"So, you are saying that one of the most powerful arts of your race was leaked to everyone? Man, so many things happened that I didn't even think would happen."

"Well, it wasn't surprising as you were forced to become slaves. However, since only the Asura Race can practice it, it wouldn't be bad after all." Alex rubbed his chin and responded.

"Dean, what are we going to do here?" Joseph curiously asked.

"Well, you have shitty mana control so I will give you a new spell that you can use even with your shitty mana control. Of course, for it to work properly, you need a Beast Will."

"I could've chosen any Beast Will I want but since there is already one of the best Beast Will, why go for the second best, right?" Alex smirked and asked.

Hearing his words, Joseph suddenly burst into tears.

"Dean, you are so good to me. I promise I will do everything to control my mana."

Seeing him crying like that, Asuna and Fujin didn't know how to respond. But, they started looking at Alex with greater respect.

"Originally, I thought of taking it for myself but I don't need it. That also means I am going to put everything on you which means now you are also going to be my student like Moona. So, you have to become the strongest."

"Although I hope Moona will become the strongest student, I believe you have a bigger chance."

"Yes teacher, I will do my best." Joseph continued to cry as he responded to Alex.

Alex smiled as he continued walking toward the forest. He eventually reached near the trees. This place was connected to the forest but it was still inside the village.

"Mister, there is a barrier. We can't go." Fujin suddenly reminded him when he noticed Alex put his hand forward.

Alex dropped his hand and looked at Fujin.

"Boy, remember I am not a mister anymore. I am your dean."

Hearing his words, Fujin trembled as he quickly nodded his head.

"And, you don't need to worry about the barrier. After all, I am the one who brought you here."

Alex raised his hand once again and pushed it. His palm touched an invisible barrier that suddenly shone with the yellow light.

At this moment, nearly hundreds of runes appeared around the giant barrier. It covered almost hundreds of meters around the forest. All of those runes illuminated in the golden light and slowly, the light moved around his palm.

It formed a strange lock and slowly the barrier started opening. It split from the point where he had put his palm. As the barrier opened, Alex walked in and others flowed.

As soon as they reached there, they felt immense pressure bending their knees. Their skin turned red as the heavy mana flow into their veins and started pressurizing them.

But, Alex quickly cast a barrier of mana around them. He used the pure mana so that it would be much more durable against the pure mana.

"Hah! Hah! Hah! Teacher, what was that? How could there be such heavy mana?" Joseph asked as he breathed in and out. He was almost losing control over his mana. If it had moved even a bit, his body would've been crushed.

"Well, this is not normal mana. It is a Dragon's Mana. A long time ago, a dragon was buried here so that his Dragon Mana and Dragon Will can be harnessed."

"So, it is going to be hard for a while. The mana barrier will slowly pass on more and more mana inside so that you will slowly get used to it. Of course, it is a good opportunity for you since training here will be ten times more effective than training elsewhere."

Hearing his words, Joseph, Fujin, and Asuna were shocked and their eyes started gleaming with light. They were getting more and more excited to train here.

Originally, they were a bit scared but now, they got more excited.

Saying so, he walked to the middle of the entire barrier. He kneeled on one knee and his palm touched the ground. At this moment, he closed his eyes and his senses pierced deep inside the earth.

Nearly dozens of meters below the earth, there was a massive soul chained with red chains. It was a dragon. A massive body, bigger than the houses. Its dragon features weren't present like the scales but its size and shape were enough to distinguish it.

Suddenly, it opened its eyes and looked up.

"Fist Demon, so you finally returned. Did you come to take my Will?"

Alex slowly smiled and infused mana into his mouth.

"Yes, Hell Dragon Aragon! It's been hundred years. Now, only your soul remains. Your mana would be beneficial for the academy."

"Humph! Since I am already at your mercy, I can't say anything at all. But hear me loud and clear, Fist Demon. One Day, our race will come back and conquer this land once again. You won't be strong enough to face them." Aragon roared.

"Haha! You don't need to worry about that. It's time to separate you." Alex laughed.

"Separate me? Why would you need to separate me?" Aragon asked but Alex didn't reply.

Suddenly, the chains moved and smashed Aragon into the chest.

"You… What are you doing? Why are you separating my soul from my Will?" Aragon shouted in horror as it didn't understand the reasoning behind Alex's action.

But Alex remained silent and continued to separate his soul and Will. Once his Will and soul were separated, the consciousness that previously spoke to him disappeared.

Will was the reason why it had consciousness but the Will was supported by the soul. So, when Will and the Soul were separated, it lost its ability to remain conscious.

And, that's exactly what Alex needed. Alex pulled the Will from underground with his mana. It slowly came out in the shape of a small dragon.

Alex put it in his palm and walked toward Joseph. Seeing the small dragon-shaped cloud-like figure, he was nervous.

"Don't be nervous. Once you inherit this Will, you will be able to use the spell that I will soon teach you. This won't give you any other abilities so you have to work hard on your own." Alex spoke.

Joseph excitedly nodded.

Alex finally used his mana to guide the Will inside Joseph's body. But as soon as it entered his body, it paralyzed for a moment. AT this moment, the mana inside his body started flowing and seals were activated.

Joseph fell to the ground as the power of the seal made his body heavier.

Alex crouched down and removed the seals from his body. But, Joseph still wasn't standing up. Instead, his eyes were closed and his consciousness was somewhere else.

It was a dark space where he saw a giant figure of a dragon. This figure was none other than Aragon. But, Aragon was neither speaking nor moving. And, Joseph was in the same state.

Suddenly, powerful mana surges inside him, and Joseph woke up from that state.

Alex looked at him and said "Don't fall into that state in the middle of the battle. Since Will doesn't have the master to guide it, you have to guide it or else you won't be able to move under its effect."

Joseph hearing his words nodded his head but he still had that blank expression.

Alex walked to the previous place and started sucking those chains. He didn't suck the soul power instantly, after all, this body was too weak for such a strong power.

He did release the chains slightly to pass down the soul power to Fujin and Asuna. With this soul power, their bloodline breakthrough. Their bloodline reached Sixth-Grade.

Only if it reaches Ninth-Grade, it would be as powerful as Joseph's bloodline. Of course, only compared to his Moon Eye Bloodline. He still doesn't know about another bloodline inside Joseph which was even stronger than Moon Eye Bloodline.

But, upgrading further would be extremely difficult. Even with the massive soul power, he couldn't help them upgrade their talent. Now, they only rely on themselves.

Villagers bowed as he walked in the middle. For Joseph, it felt awkward but for Alex, it felt nothing. He simply walked toward the Elderly Asura and asked.

"I will leave the village with my students for a few days. After we settle things there, I will return with my students and establish the academy. For now, I can't manage you but I do have one instruction for you.."

Elderly Asura bowed and spoke, "This slave will do anything for my master!"

"Transferred all the houses at the corners of the village and don't use the space where I just went. The middle part will be the academy part. You can use whatever money you have to buy food or hunt until the academy is established."
