After the brave and prideful Elbaf Duo made way for the straw hat pirates, the ship also flew away with the force induced from back.

Ussop and Luffy shouted their goodbye, while singing a dumb phrase, "El - Baf Baf~ Eeeeehl~ Baaaahffff~ where everyone is Giagintic~ 'cause they're Giants~'"

Soon, another day started. Where everyone was doing their usual work.

While everyone was busy doing their work, Nami, who was feeling exhausted , dropped on the floor, unconsciously breathing heavily. She was suffering from this burning sensation on her head and body.

Kei, who saw Nami fall down, dashed fastly, as if she was going to die. He hurriedly supported her on his lap and called out to her in anxiousness , "Nami!..Oi…Nami!!...Damit," So even though he tried to avoid Nami from getting sick, She was still bitten by that bug!! Fuck!!.

Everyone, who saw all this hurriedly rushed towards Nami and Kei.

Later Nami was made to sleep on her bed.

Currently, her forehead was covered with White cloth, dipped in Cold water, to stabilize the temperature.

Ussop, Sanji , and Luffy were standing behind Vivi, who was changing the Wet cloth on Nami's head.

Vivi turned her head while coming to a conclusion that she must be affected by the change in the climate. Where she also explained that a slightest ignorance of the symptom will cause death.

Hearing the word 'death', Kei who was acting like he was listening to music while putting on his disconnected headphones, felt scared. Even Though, he knew that Nami wasn't going to die, still..

Love is a complicated thing, which makes an intelligent person's IQ drop to 0. Such is the case with Kei.

So while everyone in the room was distracted , while finding a solution to Nami's problem. Kei decided to use all his points to find a cure for Nami.

Kei decided to open the Random Item box and Skill box, because there was no Random box related to Medicine or 'healing'. He had 646 RP.

He gritted his teeth and opened 1st Chance.

Kei moved towards Kane-chan, and asked her, "What should I do, Kane-chan, if I didn't get Healing ability or medicine for Nami, I can't see her in pain."

"Magikarp Magi Magikarp"(Master, I'm really sorry!, I am really a useless Familiar of your's) said Kane-chan, while tearing up.

"Sigh*, Sorry Kane-chan, I made you hurt and worried, you are my best familiar!" said Kei, while lovingly caressing her head.

"Ok, then, Let's try my last chance. If I don't get anything, then I will leave everything to the plot armor of my dear Nami."

4th Chance.

Kei, who heard the system notification, closed his eyes in fear of getting disappointed. But in anticipation, he opened his eyelids a little.

When he saw the reward, his face changed into a strange one.

Kei, who saw this, thought that whether this skill or move was meant to be used by him or his Magikarp?. So he decided to try it on his Kane-chan, but to his disappointment, it didn't work.

Kei hurriedly walked towards Nami's room, where he saw Vivi, taking care of Nami.

Vivi, who saw Kei, entered the room, and smiled at him. "Kei-san, how can I help you?"

"Umm..Vivi, can you let me take care of Nami?..You can go and have a good rest. Don't push yourself too much." Kei said to Vivi.

"It's ok, Kei-san, I can still take care of Nami-san, but if you insist on doing so, I will let you take care of her for sometime." said Vivi.

"Thank you, Vivi, for looking after Nami," said Kei , while expressing his deep gratitude.

Vivi was taken aback, She hurriedly commented, "No, No.., Please don't…Nami is also my Friend, So I can't just leave her like that, when she is in so much pain!"

"Still Thank's Vivi," said Kei, while giving a gentle smile

"Ok, then , I will come after sometime~" saying that Vivi hastily took her leave, while cupping her blushing cheeks.

Kei, sat beside Nami, and held her arm lovingly. He heard from Vivi, that her Fever had exceeded 40 degree Celcius, and If he didn't look after her, continuously, she might end up dead.

Feeling the warm hand of someone, Nami opened her eyes. She saw that Kei was looking at her with a worried expression. She felt a warm sensation inside her heart, but due to pain she couldn't express it.

Kei felt Nami's movement. So he hurriedly tended to her needs.

"Kei, don't worry, I'll be fine…, So don't make that face" said Nami, while caressing his cheeks cutely.

"Ok! Nami…" said Kei, while smiling brightly, making Nami's mood good.

Kei decided to use his substitute skill/move, when suddenly a notification appeared.

[Ding! Hidden Quest Activated: Use Substitute Skill/Move on Nami, towards yourself, while the pain/Suffering would be increased by x 5 times| Reward: ???]

Kei, who was taken by surprise, looked at the Hidden Quest and asked the system. "System, why is the reward in Question Mark?".

He doesn't know why, but something about this question marked Quest and Rewards , makes him insecure. But since he is a beggar in desperation, he didn't have the luxury to choose.

To which, the System Messaged him. "If the host is successful in surviving this Calamity, you would get an unknown and Amazing Reward in Random, and their Quality would be the best."

Kei, who naively thought that he can survive the x5 intensity of Nami's, decided to go for it.

As soon as the skill/move was activated, Kei suddenly felt all of his body heating up like a Volcano and his body started to ache like hell. He was having hard time to breathe, it felt as though someone took the air from his surroundings.

His whole body was aching like hell, and a feeling of hot needles being inserted in his bones occupied him.

"Thud*" Suddenly Kei felt unconscious as he wasn't able to keep up with the pain, being mentally exhausted.

Nami, who was feeling very sick, suddenly felt as though her whole body became light as a feather, while her fever dropped down, instantly, until she heard a loud thud beside her.

She opened her eyes and saw Kei, who was expressing pained expression, while gritting his teeth and clenching his hands. A bulge of purple blood vessels could be seen pulsating on his whole body.

"Kei!!!" shouted Nami in horror, as she saw her boyfriend in pain. She suddenly thought about how she suddenly became well and how Kei acted .

Luffy and everyone who heard Nami's shout hurriedly ran towards the room and saw her supporting Kei, on her laps, while crying tears.

"Kei!!" shouted Luffy, while he hurriedly ran towards him.

While Vivi , Sanji, Igaram and Zoro, were gazing in confusion, at Nami, who was healthy as the other day. And then turned their attention towards Kei, who was wiggling in pain.

After which they came to a sudden conclusion, but still they don't know how Kei did it.

With everyone's help Kei was now kept in Nami's bed. Vivi who used the thermometer was shocked, as it burst out, under Kei's temperature.

Kei's whole body was emitting strong heat, which made them sweat like waterfall.

While Vivi and Igaram said in a serious tone, "If Kei-san didn't get Medical Help from a great Doctor, there are chances, he may…die…"

"Quack!!"(Are you serious!)said Karoo.

"What?!! Die!!?" shouted Luffy in panic, "Kei will die!! Somebody help him!!!"

"Oi, Luffy, shut the hell down! First we have to try as much as possible to stabilize his temperature! And find the best doctor as soon as possible!" said Sanji, with a serious expression.

Although he fights with Kei, he won't deny that he is one of the few people who he cares about the most, definitely after Owner Zeff and Nami-swan.

But when he came to a conclusion after seeing healthy Nami-swan and Near-to-death, Kei, he earned his respect. And he will try everything to help him get better.

Zoro, who always fought with Kei, as training partner, thought of the day when he lost his rival Kuina, and felt sadness, but now that he has fought with him and lost many times. He finally had his new Rival, no… A Monster Rival, who would improve at every spar.

He will do everything in his power to save Kei. With whatever he could. He won't take any loss again by losing his New found Rival!
