Keyon used his knuckles to tap lightly on the bathroom door. 


“Go away, Daisy.” Huck sounded tired, and his voice was raspy. 


“It’s me.” Keyon didn’t add that if Huck didn’t open the door, he would call the front desk and get a key. He would only do that if Huck refused to see him. He didn’t expect that to happen. 


“Open the door, Hucklebee Davidson River.” Keyon waited, and then there was shuffling. The door opened a crack. 


“Don’t call me Hucklebee,” Huck muttered. “Damn, Daisy.” 


“Are you going to come out?” Keyon scanned Huck. The man’s eyes were red-rimmed, and his skin was pale. 


“What are ya doin’ here?” Huck peeked at him and eyed Keyon’s naked chest and silk pants. 


“My bodyguard explained that you think I’m here to end our relationship.” Keyon pushed open the door and entered the bathroom. If Huck would not come out, then he would come in.
