Gods & Goddesses from heaven came down to earth to bless the place they had just touched. They share what is called Holy Water (Seisui). The water flows to all creatures throughout the earth, animals, plants, and all living things get it.

The power they received from Seisui was very strong, but not everyone could control it. Some of them were adept at using it, so proficient that they named themselves Rinka.
