Chapter 33

Maria was bleeding upon reaching the hospital. She was immediately attended to by the medical team of Metro Lemery Hospital in Batangas.

"I can't forgive myself if something happened to my Maria and my child," Jericho bursts out crying. He felt so guilty about what happened a while ago.

He wanted to punch Carla. She ruined his relationship with Maria and with his parents.

Mrs. Del Fuego was so disappointed and mad at Jericho. She can't forgive her son either if something happened to Maria. She was almost her daughter and she wasn't fully recovered yet.

"How dare you get involved with that trash woman? As much as I wanted to understand you, I just can't," Mrs. Del Fuego was crying so loud as she hit Jericho in his head.

"Stop it! Stop it! It won't help. Let's get pray for Maria's safety and for our unborn grandchild to recover from this?" Mr. Del Fuego hugged his wife and detached away from their son.
