Part 2 - Aurora

{ 14 years later}

There is a very quiet place and it is far from the government. It is inhabited by a 17 -year -old girl and her mother. They live in a forest where no one dares to enter.

"Quick Benson! Let's go back before our mom gets angry again!"

A girl was seen running in the woods with a black dog by her side called Benson. They roam the forest with speed and even they are familiar with the area there.

"It's all your fault if we're late!"

The dog replied as the girl stared deathly at him, not believing what he was saying.

"My fault? You took me to the Magic River and you said it was my fault ?!"

"I just wanted to tell you about it."

"We're almost here! Hurry!"

They ran and kept running until they reached the house at the corner of the cave. The house had blue walls and they could see smoke coming out of the chimney, knowing that her mother had already started cooking for dinner.

"Don't be so noisy, mama will hear us later."

They walk slowly with their toes so as not to be heard by the person they mean. But fate is not on their side for today...

"Song Aurora! Why are you coming back so late ?! "

A beautiful woman wearing an apron and holding a spatula appeared in front of the door while staring at him.

"Err ... we just ..."

"Enough! Go to your room and take a shower. After eating, go to sleep. You forgot tomorrow you have training?"

"All right, I'm sorry mom ..."

She bent down and stared at the floor, and that made her mother stare with guilt.

"Aurora ... I'm angry not because I don't love you."

She walked over to her and placed his hand on Aurora's shoulder, and knelt down to her level to see her daughter's face.

"I'm mad at you for coming home late. You know that at night, being outside can be very dangerous. I'm just worried about your safety.

"I'm sorry, I know you love and care about me."

"That's right, now go take a shower and get ready for dinner."

She nodded and ran to the room with her dog earlier. After the shower, she put on comfortable clothes and went to the kitchen to eat. Her mother greeted her while scooping side dishes for her.

"Aurora ,, Zalora let me know that you have made a lot of progress in your training. How glad I am to hear about that."

"I'm your daughter, that's why I'm a smart girl."

She saw her mother just smiling as her eyes stared at her face. For some reason, she found that her mother was feeling guilty about her. Her eyes seemed want to tell something but didn't come out.

"Come on, keep eating and sleeping, okay?"

"All right, mother."

Then, she returned to the room with the dog that was always by her side, Benson.

Speaking of Benson, she was Aurora's only friend. Because there are no other people besides them inhabiting the forest.

"Aurora, let's go to sleep. I'm sleepy."

Benson said as he yawned and lay down in the place specially prepared for him.

"Sleep ..."

Surely you're all wondering how Benson can talk right? Is he a magic dog?

Haha, no. Benson is just an ordinary dog. How can he talk? How can he communicate with Aurora? Is he a human who transform into a dog?

In fact, only Aurora can understand Benson and the other animals.

Aurora is a special child with a gift, that no one ever know about it.

Does Aurora have the power?

Yes, you are correct! Her mother says this is God's gift. At first, she didn't believe it and always denying about her power, being different from her mother who's just an ordinary human.

But in the end, she leads herself to believe in the fact that she has a very extraordinary powers, unlike the others human after her mom tell her that no one have a power like hers.

Sometimes, she wonders if there is anyone like her? Where do they live and what do they look like? Will her peers befriend her?

She knows there's more human in other place, but she couldn't dare to asked her mother about why only the two of them live in the forest.

She knows her mother was hiding a lot of secrets, but being a good daughter she let it slide away.

And Aurora knows she's not her real mother by looking at her face.

Beside, there's no one here and the forest is similiar to the magic forest.

She really wants to get out of this forest to meet other humans, but her mother is very angry if she asks about the outside world.

What is she hiding from her? It is a big secret?

Yet as a good child, she only complied with his mother because she knew there was something behind her prohibition.

"Aurora! Go to sleep now!"

She widen her eyes and quickly make herself in the bed before laying down, closing her eyes as she was so excited for tomorrow.

[ Skip time ]

"Quick! We're late again!"

"I'm sorry but, you woke up late! I've tried to wake you up for a thousands of times, but you still didn't wake up and even kicked my back and drove me away."

"You're licking my face, of course I'm kicking you."

Aurora glared at him and her eyes returned to looking ahead as she hurriedly walked through the woods, heading in the direction she was supposed to go. This is a habit for them on a daily basis.

"Finally, we're here too."

Benson sighed as he lay on the comfortable rock that he always used to sleep while waiting for Aurora and looked at Aurora before closing his eyes.

"But where is she? Usually, she will be here waiting for us."

Aurora looked around as she checked her waist. She started to warm up by doing some streching as she was fire up to begin the trainning.

Then, they heard something and it came from a bush near their place, making their eyes staring at the bushes. And a smile was etched upon seeing their very familiar physique.

"You're late again, don't you?"
