Chapter 33

We were sent home that afternoon. I was pumped full of blood as well as George. Resulting in him making a much quicker recovery than me, but we were sent home none the less. There was nothing they could fix, well nothing physical, so they sent us home.

He said he needed to get home anyway. He needed to call his parents and give them a recap of what happened. We dropped him off at his house and drove back home.

It was only when we walked into the front door when my parents started to talk.

"You are grounded," my mom said sternly.

"Gee mom, don't show any compassion or anything," I said my tone dripping with sarcasm.
