Sunsets and goodbyes

Amy slowly opened her eyes as she tried to make sense of her surroundings when she felt a hand wrapped around her waist. She looked at Jim, who was soundly sleeping beside her, his hair disheveled. Amy smiled as she caressed his beautiful face. 'How can a man be this beautiful?'

Taking her time, Amy began to move Jim's arm out of her waist. When Jim didn't wake up, she headed to put on pajamas and walked down the stairs.

"Ugh, I'm so hungry," Amy said to herself. She looked in the fridge and couldn't find leftovers. She rummaged in the pantry and saw a pancake mix. "Bingo!" She exclaimed.

Amy can't cook, but she knows how to fry. So she whipped the pancake flour with milk and eggs and fried her eggs and bacon to perfection. She was just about to head to the dining table when she heard Jake and Manager Wang enter the door.

"Hi, guys" Amy made herself known.

"Are those bacon and eggs? I'm starving," Manager Wang, whom Amy presumed drunk, said. The clock said it was 5 minutes passed 2; 'they must just have gotten back from the bar.' Amy thought.

"Yes, they are," Amy said, trying to hide his plate from the drools of Manager Wang. But like a sly fox, Manager Wang grabbed the plate Amy just made for herself a while ago and started eating, "Mmmmm, this is so good," Manager Wang exclaimed.

Amy couldn't believe Manager Wang had just stolen her plate. She was about to grab it from him when Jake asked shyly for a dish.

"We only had snacks at the bar; if I've known we'd be there all night, I could have asked the bar chef to make us something before leaving."

Amy sighed and looked at Jake's pleading eyes. "How many pancakes?"

"Three, please" Jake sat on the sofa and turned on the tv.

Amy using the last bit of energy she had left, started mixing pancake mix. She made sure to use all of it this time. With three hot pans and two hungry mouths to feed, she started making them their meal; Amy felt very domesticated.

"I thought you don't know how to cook?" A warm voice tickled her ears. Jim was behind Amy, hugging her from behind.

"This is my only specialty, don't get your hopes up," Amy chuckled. "Are you hungry?"

"Mmmmm," Jim mumbled, still hugging Amy with both arms.

"Good, 'cause I'm making the best breakfast you'd ever have in your life," Amy chuckled.

Jim, Jake, and Manager Wang ate the food Amy made heartily at the dining table.

"Did I wake you up?" Amy looked at Jim. "The smell of bacon woke me up. It smelled so good, it made my stomach grumble," Jim spoke while gobbling down his food.

Jim looked at Jake, who told him they had just got home from the bar and that Manager Wang overestimated his tolerance for alcohol.

After eating, the two excused themselves to bed while Jim and Amy stayed to clean after the mess.

When they were done, Jim pulled Amy close to him and thanked her for the delicious meal she had prepared. Amy blushed and kissed Jim's cheek.

In a heartbeat, Jim lifted Amy and put her on top of the island sink. Amy hugged Jim and imperceptibly touched his soft hair. Jim wrapped his arms around Amy's waist and kissed her aggressively.

Amy moaned as Jim surveyed her mouth with his tongue.

"Mmmm," Amy moaned in response. Jim was kissing her hungrily as if he had not eaten for days.

Grabbing her buttocks, Jim lifted Amy, and she willfully wrapped her legs around his waist. Still, in position, Jim carried Amy upstairs to their bed.

"Amy," Jim slowly moaned Amy's name as he lay her in bed. Amy slid her hands inside Jim's shirt and touched his defined muscles seductively.

"Mmmmm," Jim smiled and couldn't help himself with the sensation.

Intoxicated from Jim's moan, Amy pulled Jim's shirt up to his neck and cautiously undressed him. Amy gobbled at the sight of Jim's perfect naked body.

"You asked for it" Jim smiled like a lion who had just spotted his prey. Amy shivered as she felt Jim's body as hot as a volcano about to erupt. Jim undressed Amy, spread her legs apart, and thrust inside her. Amy moaned as she felt his hard, relatively large manhood consume her.

Amy and Jim woke up a little after noon. When they were downstairs, Jose greeted the couple and offered them beverages.

"The weather is utterly beautiful today," Jose beamed. "May I suggest a boat ride? There are yachts by the dock available to use. The captain will be delighted to show you around Lake Huron."

"That actually sounds lovely," Amy beamed. "Can you pack food as well? We might just stay the whole afternoon by the waters."

"I will gladly tell the crew to attend to your needs, ma'am," Jose smiled. "Would it only be the two of you?

"Yes," Jim responded. "I think those two won't wake up anytime soon. They had plenty to drink last night."

Jose then left to prepare for their afternoon boat ride while the two finished their drinks and gobbled down fruits Jose prepared for them.

"Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Fitzgerald; I'm Alexis Springler. I'll be your captain for today's ride." An older white man, wearing a red polo and white shorts, greeted them.

"The weather calls for a beautiful smooth sail today. We would sail along the Mackinac Great Lakes straits and dock in the waters between Sunset Rock and Wawatam Lighthouse." the captain continued.

Amy and Jim thanked the captain and headed inside the beautiful yacht, where they were greeted by the staff. "Welcome aboard, Mr. and Mrs. Fitzgerald, this is our sundeck; we have prepared everything according to butler Jose's request.

Would you like something to drink?" The young lady asked.

"Champagne would be great," Jim responded as the young lady poured champagne and gave them each a glass.

"If there is something you need, please let us know. Enjoy your stay."

After the staff left, Amy and Jim laughed at the endearment they had been addressed. When they first heard it, it flustered them but hearing it over and over got them used to it. 'Mr. And Mrs. Fitzgerlad' Amy blushed at her imagination.

"Cheers, Mrs. Fitzgerald" Jim raised his glass

"Cheers," Amy chuckled and lifted her glass.

The sundeck has a wrap-around sitting area and a table on each side. It has a space for a chaise where Amy used to bathe herself with the sun's glow.

The sun was bright, and the breeze was just right; it was the perfect day for a boat ride. Next to Amy is Jim, who is meticulously putting on sunscreen.

"Do you want to get inside to get some shades? I forgot that you have to take care of your skin, especially during your tours," Amy said, worried that Jim might get sunburn.

Jim and Amy went inside and spent their time talking and cuddling. Amy soaked the sun's glow from time to time while Jim played on his phone.

The captain was right, the ride was smooth, and the weather was delightful. When they docked, an older staff told them that the table for dinner at the upper deck was ready and should give them a better view of the lighthouse.

On the upper deck, the staff prepared a romantic dinner for two: creamy clam chowder as a starter and a cut of medium-rare New York strip with a side of sweet potato sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.

By dessert, it was already turning dusk, and the sun was showcasing its magnificent beauty.

Astounded, Amy stood up and walked closer to the railing. Jim followed behind her, holding two glasses of sweet red wine.

"I wish this day would never end," Amy gasped. "Pretty soon, our busy lives will get ahold of us."

"I'll make time for you," Jim promised.

Amy didn't know if Jim meant what he said, but she didn't give it much thought. At that moment, the rest of the world didn't really matter; it was just Jim, her, and no one else.

Amy leaned her toward Jim. Jim wrapped his arms around Amy's shoulder, enjoying the beautiful sunset.

Jim And Amy stood there for a while as they watched the stunning sun say his beautiful goodbye.
