"Maddie," Amy exclaimed as she excitedly waved in her sister's direction. It was the week of Christmas, and Maddie had decided to spend the week with her and Alex. 


"Oh please, stop the theatrics," Amy rolled her eyes and grabbed her sister's luggage. 


"Was it obvious? I thought I'd hurt your feelings if you knew I did not miss you that much," Maddie beamed. 


"None, taken," Amy replied as she hugged her sister tightly. Maddie was Amy's soul sister. When they were young, they were the exact opposite and fought over trivial things. But as they grew up and went to different colleges, their bond as sisters grew indestructible. 


"She's on her agency; I think she said she's switching agencies. She did not tell me all the details yet, but I'm pretty sure she will tell us soon," Amy replied as she flickered her signal light to merge into the highway.
