Friends to the Rescue

After Mina had settled down and composed herself, a woman, whom I believe is the event planner, rushed toward Mina, her face pale as snow.

"Thank Heavens, and you're here." She uttered, her face painting a portrait of worry. "The doctors and nurses we contacted had other obligations."

"What? We had confirmed their schedule, and they said they were free."

"Yeah, but upon inspecting the emails, we had a mishap of dates. I tried calling them to ask if they could come either way and had explained the situation, but some were on duty, and others already had made plans.' They thought they were scheduled to appear here next week."

"What's our option?"

"Either we find replacements, or we reschedule the event. But the problem with that is already a line in the registry. And for some reason, more people are coming than last year."
