Mission #29: Impulse Tigger

Impulse Tigger is an advanced power that only a few impulse user can use much less master. This power increase the user's speed and strength not only that each impulse as an advanced power depending on the type of impulse the user have some give them special ability that they can only use in Impulse Tigger while some give them different abilities from their impulse while some have both.

"There are two types of Impulse Tigger the first type allows the user to use 100% of their impulse which means Strength and speed goes up not only that it gives them special new abilities the second one gives the same type of power booting but it gives the user's new abilities but they are opposite to the impulse power and the third one gives you all of 1 and 2 which one do you think is mines?"
