Chapter 6

Genesis looked at the five people sitting on the piles of box before him. Even though he looked at them coldly, they smiled at him.

The boy who tried to scare Genesis earlier, his CodeName is Overheat.

The girl sitting at the lower box her codeman is Purshion. A small blond haired girl wearing a black hooded jacket with car hears and long open sleeves. She also has a cat tail and cat smile on her face.

The man standing above her in a coat, similar to the Akatsuki in naturo. His robe was white, his hair was white and on his face was a black teeths mask. He was bigger than the average human male. His name is LockJaw

Sitting on lockjaw shoulder is a girl with long blue twintails, she was carrying a tablet and she was sucking on a lollipop. Her name is Terabyte.

Last is the boy with white hair sitting at the top. His eyes was white and he is wearing a jacket, under his eye is a black tattoo of a lightning, his name is Discharge.

Genesis looked at these people silently, he knows the well he just don't want to have anything to do with them.

" Don't you have anything thing to say to your old friends, Genesis ? "

Discharge ask.

" Friends you say, the last time I saw you, you manage to escape when someone was trying to kill you, How life on the run ... LockJaw and Terabyte you two where out of the country. Overheat you were still wanted for escaping prison and Purshion, you were still eating fish out of people's fish taks .. To some up what I'm saying, why aren't all of you dead? "

Genesis ask coldly.

" Come on man, I'm sure you must be happy to see.. "

As overheat spoke suddenly a bullet grazed his cheek. He looked at Genesis who was holding a gun in his hand, overheat backed down.

" Genesis, we're not here looking for trouble, we just walk to talk "

Discharge said.

" Tch, what's there to talk about, I'm done with the government, I'm done with Project X Evolution and I'm done with you guys "

Genesis said.

" Oh give up a break Genesis, it's not like we wanted to be here "

Terabyte said.

" Yes we are aware Genesis, that you retired from being the Top S ranked Evolver but that doesn't mean the world is done with you...Your life will never be peaceful and You of all people should know that "

Discharge said.

" What do you want? "

Genesis ask.

" The Government is up to something, after what happened a year ago they decided to change things up a bit. Recently they created a new band of do-gooders called the Justice X "

As Genesis explain terabyte pulled up a hologram of conference meeting. There was 6 people dressed in fancy matching outfits of white and red. The one in the middle stood at the podium. He was a big muscular man with black hair.

>> It the time for work to make a change and while the world is change, it need heroes to help the people. We will take a stand and do what's right because it's our sworn duty to protect the people and this country <<

>> Mr Ultimate do you think the Justice X are capable of bringing criminals to justice and help decrease crime rate? <<

The hologram ended.

" Justice X is a group of A and B ranked Evolvers, to the people they appear to be heroes but they are only pawn to cover up what the government and you did 1 year ago and to regain the people's trust and in addition, the government is starting a new project but we don't know what it is yet "

Discharge said.

" Tch, So you need my help uncovering the government secret and find out what they are up to and then destroy ... You need heroes for that and I'm not a hero "

Genesis said.

" Your a villain, but one that has gotten soft. "

Terabyte said as she showed a video footage of Genesis and April together. Genesis was irritated by the fact she has been spying on him.

" You *ssholes have been spying on me. you've got a lot of nerve "

" Because of this little girl, you refuse to have nothing to do with us... Admit it Genesis you've become weak "

Terabyte ridiculed Genesis and this disbelief him.

" I've gotten soft, you say "

Genesis turned on his headphones and vanished from where he was standing, the ground where he was was crushed. One second he was standing there and the next he was pining terabyte against the wall slowly strangling her.

" Don't you dare patronize me, I may have stepped down as this world top dog but I'm still far stronger than any of you weaklings.. You think that I won't kill you ... Huuuuuuuuuuuh "

Genesis displayed his killing intent as he strangled terabyte. Soon Genesis put on a sadistic smile as he slowly turn his head around.

" LockJaw, why try when you know that won't work against me? "

Genesis didn't turned around to see a large beartrap shaped Jaw opened behind his head. The Jaw was attached to a spiked chain that came from under LockJaw sleeve. The jaw was ready to snap Genesis body in two.

" Let her go Genesis, I may not be able to but I will try and kill you "

LockJaw said.

" Kehehehe, I would like to see you try "

Genesis looked at LockJaw with a intend to kill. LockJaw looked at Genesis, even though he was unsure about what's he's doing but he remained calm. Genesis laughed once more and released terabyte.

" I'm not going to fight with you guys, you're all good people, the real scums of the earth like me but in the end my answer is still no...goodbye and don't call me "

Genesis walked into the darkness leaving them behind. They turned to terabyte who was slowly catching her breath.

" That bastard, I'm going to kill him "

Terabyte said.

" It's your fault, you shouldn't have provoked him "

Discharge walked up to her

" So what do we do now ? without Genesis on our team we can't stand against the government, we will be outmatch "

Overheat said.

" He will come back I'm sure of it "

Discharge said

" What makes you think so ?"

"Because he's the demon through and through and he won't let anything or anyone stand in his way "

Discharge started to remember the past when he was a child like Genesis and how he watched genesis killed his enemies mercilessly. He remembers the moments Genesis painted the blood of his enemies on the wall.

- Genesis, you may be a villian but your my hero. For the sake of all of us you have to return back to who you once was -

Discharge thought to himself.

In the meantime.

Genesis returned home, as he walked in April who was sleeping in her room say the light came on. She went to greet genesis who walked out of the bathroom after talking a shower. On his arm and unto his left breast was a large tattoo of a black tiger.

Genesis walked out of the bathroom and saw April standing in the passage holding a pink and white stuffed teddy bear. Genesis looked at April, she was half asleep.

"*Yawn * You're back, where were you ?"

April ask

" I was out "

" Even though April warned out about staying out this late at night "

April yawned again and rubbed her eye.

" you should go to bed "

Genesis said as he walked passed her and he stopped and looked at April. She was holding onto his hand preventing him was walking.

" You're not going to leave are you? "

April ask, genesis was a bit suprised by her questions, he didn't know how to answer it. All he did was remove her hand from his.

" I'm not "

He said softly as he walked away. As Genesis layed in his bed he looked at the ceiling. He started to remember all the screams of people they died and how he didn't even care. Genesis body is drenched in blood of every single person he killed and all those times he remembered wearing the same sadistic smile on his face.

Nothing thrilled him more than see his victims face of agony and despair and how he invented new ways of killing them. The life he lived was horrible even for a human being calling him a villian would be an understatement, Genesis was more like the devil

Genesis smirked a little thinking about his past, Things have changed a bit since April came unto his life. Recently he finds himself doing things for her out of kindness and thinking about it made him laugh.

" She's right, it have gotten soft but so long as the kid is around I have to remain as the demon everyone see's me as... Well, it's too late for regret now "

Genesis closed his eyes and went to sleep.
