King Gulben turned his gaze in all directions, observing the dimension around him. This place was as strange and unsettling as always, a realm he still knew little about. Everything he understood came from the records of the Elf Palace kings before him.
He had only a vague understanding of it all. But no amount of written knowledge could give him real experience.
This was another dimension, one where hidden power lay dormant. From what he had learned, obtaining that power required undergoing trials. And all of those trials involved one thing—killing monsters.
King Gulben had only conquered a small portion of this place. He had no idea how vast this dimension truly was. Even though the sector he had secured felt expansive, he knew he had barely even scratched the surface.
"I can't waste any more time," he murmured to himself. His army was being slaughtered outside. He had to explore this dimension and obtain enough power.
So he started walking.
