After exiting the room, the kids runs faster than ever towards the underground basement, afraid if even a second late can cause their death or the family member hiding inside death as they had traitor among them.
And the traitor was Charlotte personal maid who was there since her birth. The one who took care her since baby and 1 of the few person Charlotte close to.
"so where the underground basement?"
"There is a secret passage inside a library that no one know except for few, there is a path that will led us to the underground shelter"
The little girl tried to appear calm as best as possible, however she could not calm down the raging emotion that clash inside her heart, making her feel very hurtful from time to time.
Seeing the tear forming in the girl eyes, Danial was helpless because he doesn't even know to cheer her plus what she experiencing know is not something he can understand so he refrain from talking further to let the girl have sometime.
'Why rita why??? why you are among the enemies? do you hate me now? is that why you leave me'
to a 6 year old little girl like her, she could not understand too many complicated things however this time she know that her personal maid who was like a mother figure to her is an enemies.

Having her mind in a mess then suddenly someone interrupted making her feel very irritated and she could not but to raise her voice.

Having her thought interrupted for a mere ordinary looking vase Charlotte was about to explode.
"you interrupt me for some ordinary vase? you how could you be so..... wait ordinary vase???"
"Right, its weird right, everything inside this house is very weird from a picture on the wall to even the pattern on the wall yet here it was an ordinary looking vase"

Looking at the ordinary vase which contain nothing of those magic trademark. Charlotte become suspicious at the vase and at Danial who manage to sense the unnaturalness from the vase.
"Danial wait, how did you know the vase was suspicious?"
"hmm I am not sure I just feel it very different from the other item in this mansion, its like everything in this house feel the same yet this vase is the only thing that suddenly feels different"
"FEELINGS!!? did you just say you feel it? how did you feel it was there like some sort of breeze that flow on your skin or something like that?"
"oh that's right. How did you know? is it the woman instinct like things? that sure is scary"
Ignoring the nonsense, Charlotte was very shock this time, after all she also have felt something like that before and that is when she started to awaken her mana sense and become the youngest prodigies at age of 4.

they tilt the vase little by little to the side until there was enough space to grip onto the vase. When they try lifting it they start to wobbly side to side because of the unexpected heaviness causing the vase to fall and break.

a sudden loud noise emit from the broken vase and the ward barrier outside the house started to disappear.
Charlotte was happy because her insecure feeling not being able to get in contact with her father had gone completely.

The kids was terrified to find the man they saw in the room earlier was standing in front of them with a smile, however that smile is very sinister. The man continued with answer to his earlier question.
"the answer is those mage will lose their advantage! we the red sun terror always seek fairness in this world, won't you join us?"
'what kind of bullshit is this guy spouting? are all terrorist like this? no wonder in modern days people are so afraid of them. they are bunch of maniac!'
Danial already reject the proposal in his heart.
" How dare you spread your filth into my mansion, I Charlotte Dragonia will never forgive you!!"
unwrapping the cloth that covered the azure dragon stance, the enemy eye shone brightly. With just a glance he know this was the treasure they searching for.
"Blast the wind, 'howling missile' "
chanting while gripping the staff a wind projection appeared and attack the man. The attack managed to even left a deep scar on the wall yet it didn't hurt the man.
"Heh little girl, your attack is strong however do you think we red sun terror didn't expect this when we come knocking at your door? we already know the strength and terrifyingness of duke level magic family.

without hearing the man, Charlotte blast the second magic and this time its far more stronger than before knocking the man to the wall causing him to vehemently cough, however it also took a large portion of her mana.
Charlotte become weak and her knees could not stop trembling.
"CHARLOTTE!! are you ok?"
"I use too much mana the azure dragon staff is strong, all of that magic earlier could not be considered very strong however the azure dragon staff change it. But it is still too much for me to wield it even with 38% mana input consumption."

the man who had being knocked earlier finally managed to stand up.

the kids become anxious after hearing the man, Danial know his attack will not mean anything since he saw the man wearing armor. No matter what he is not at the level where he can break wood yet much more a metal armor.

at that time as if resonating to his thought, the azure dragon staff emanate an azure glow as it was telling Danial to use it.
he reach the azure dragon staff and suddenly he found himself appearing on empty space

however he was shocked to see a very large creature was staring at him, he could not see the whole body as the creature was covered in shadow but he knows this thing is very large just by looking at his eye. However weirdly enough he doesn't feel any fear towards it
coming back to reality, Danial suddenly feel an epiphany

when the number reach 1 a powerful laser beam that was very thick shooting at them.
Charlotte closed her eyes tightly. However Danial feels different, the thick laser beam that was coming was very slow in his sight and at the same time a word come across his mind.
He wave the staff and shout
"AZURE DRAGON ROAR!!"
'BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!'
a powerful azure dragon manifest itself and roar toward the attack, colliding with it causing a huge wave explosion.
at the same time far outside the mansion the 2 father who currently talking heard the sound become pale and rushing toward the mansion.
