Clinton buttoned up his shirt throwing the bra at her she quickly catches it, and he gestures at the bundle of currency lying on the bed they just finished having sex, she walked majestically and took and count it to ensure it was complete when a large knock hit the door. Clinton asked her to hide in the bathroom and make no sounds with complete surety of the person, it was his mother no other knocks as loud as she does probably aware of his fling from the maids he came in with a girl from the club.

Clinton hurriedly made his bed pushing the rest evidence under his bed look around ensuring there is nothing in here that was going to implicate him today he was not ready to go down that road with her mom's interrogations when he suddenly opens the door appearing like he was sleeping.

"Where is she, where is the slut you came in with" she screamed screening around and opening the curtains, Clinton held her telling her to stop yelling.

"No one is in here mom just me," he said frankly, deep down he knew his mom doesn't believe him however he had to keep in the act he's not Finna let her see her.

"Clinton your dad in his will stated you had to marry before you run the company is been two years and the cabals are on my neck do you want us to lose everything you know how the family is they all call me crazy regarding my medical reports I am not happy I must have ruined my own life I can't let that happen to you as well" what the hell is she talking about mum can be drama sometimes there is no way her life is ruined married a famous good looking man, accomplished, blessed with a son like him even if the news makes him look messy in the media he has some dignity left inside of him, his subconscious asked him if he does? He taunts it after being aware of the fling hiding in his bathroom. Clinton hugged her quickly and kissed her forehead.

"Give me the end of this month let me propose to my girlfriend" Clinton didn't realize when that disgusting word of a girlfriend comes out of his mouth, what was he thinking in his twenty-seven years of life just once he had dated as soon as he saw the need to end it he did within a blink of an eye or was it the girl hiding hell no, gross!!! 

To help the situation to be less heat than this he could see the reliveness on his mother's face it suddenly turn into a smile.

"Why haven't I seen her Clin" she abbreviated his name which shows she was no longer mad at him. He held her hand and squeeze it softly. He doesn't like the constant headlines always hitting the news three times to four times about Clinton in this hotel or the other with a socialite, or supermodel, not like is not on his game these girls always make a thing out of nothing.

"It was going to be a surprise mom then you just came in so angry, let me take you to your car I have an appointment I had to catch up" he lied to cover up the first lie making him feel so bad because In his entire life lies wasn't part of him where all these are coming is alien thinking, why is he lying he gets the fact his mom was quite getting off his back and look happy, just because his parent was in love doesn't mean he has to, love is not for everybody he enjoys the one night stands, mum stood in her heels so she could reach his face and kissed him,

"I am so sorry bashing into your apartment I couldn't handle it when I heard you came in with a slut, before the engagement I think y'all should come over for dinner I wanna meet her" Clinton's heart cut into two pieces he's was lying in the first place now he had to lie to cover up a lie, a dinner tonight, just as he took his mom to his car jade pop into his head at the moment he couldn't believe he thought jade would suit for the whole drama, can she handle acting to be his girlfriend and a wife to be, he took the elevator to his apartment the hookup girl already dressed.

He kept staring at her, she asked him if something was wrong with her.

"What I'm I thinking"? Clinton asked her, standing up from the curve armchair towering over her, he was so intimidating, walking slowly toward her flipping her hair back and stroking her face with his index finger, she moan slowly.

"You look so hot when you flirt, two years your mom hoping to see you come home with a trophy girl I will be so excited to be among your top list if you wanna pick I wouldn't charge you much a contract will do," she said kissing Clinton and walk through the door that instance Clinton knows what to do a contract with jade will make things go softly he had seen so much divorce marriage and power coupled splitting talking about power couple that of Kim and Kanye, Funke and Abdul Bello he's not going to be the first or last to be divorce perhaps if his family gives him the key to his father office after his fake relationship with jade it will make his mother happy, he never wanted to go on a deceit path whatsoever, right now he had no choice. He felt so horrible but for a good curse at least the media will have nothing to talk about but see his fake relationship and gush what a man he is to finally be responsible as a man.

He drove to TRUNTS and parked as usual to his disappointment jade ain't on duty the girl who was at her desk told him he can come tomorrow, and he nod positively as he walked out he remembered her place last night so he decide to meet her up there.

Clinton stood up walked around flipped her hair back clipping the necklace to her neck. "I need a favor from you, hypothetically" she knows the meaning of hypothetical what on earth this handsome young-looking man is going to suggest to her his feelings or what she debates?

"Is about my mom I told you she's sick I don't know if you remember-

"I remembered you told me in the club" jade cut in sharply hoping is good news or something she can handle she's already in love with Clinton despite the fact she's not in his league maybe she will fit in.

"She's insisting I bring a girl home I just told her earlier today before the month ended I'm going to engage my girlfriend the truth is I have no girlfriend technically tonight she wants me to bring her for dinner" jade is confused why is he telling her this she first of all gulp the entire glass of cheap wine before refocusing on Clinton who looks more nervous.

"Why are you telling me this are you sure this diamond is not based on the fact you want me to help you disguise something" Clinton furrowed his eyebrows she just hits the nail.

"I will strike you a deal jade, you don't have to disguise for free like I said she's sick and if she doesn't witness me take the Keys which my dads left for me only if I get married I'm not sure that dream of hers will happen" this wasn't how she had drafted this Prince Charming thing. Things don't always fall into her plan!!!!

"Why not get married instead you wanna live a lie not only to your mom, your friends and family, and me as well" Clinton stood up from her seat to sit closer to her.

She slowly let out a breath can't take the heat so tempting.

"I will pay one million dollars for the contract then your life and statues I will build it, we can tell the public we are splitting afterward, not first or last people on earth to divorce" jade breath in heavily, just a few seconds ago she was already feeling like his girlfriend and now it seems he's only worried about his heritage she thought the diamond was a sign believing she was way more important, regular dudes don't just go around gifting diamonds, secondly her heart raced about the million dollars deal it took Kylie eighteen months to make over forty million dollars in her cosmetics with big support of her family statues they are the most-watched in the media what about her no parental supports, she couldn't attend university because she had to pay bills and work no one to assist and here Is a deal that will go only for months then she's a millionaire.
