Doubt

Although Haruka had surely liked that statement that encouraged her to pursue her dram which was to hold a sword, she refused to openly admit it to her mother.

"Mother, it's not like that. I was thinking about what we would cook for Mr. Suke's Master on the day he would come," She lied as she quickly followed her.

Instantly, Hana's attention turned to the positive side.

"That should be my worry alone. Now that you have reminded me, I have to check the kitchen to see the things that are missing."

Saying that, Hana hurried away without stopping in her steps.

With her socks brushing against the tatami floors she was still careful to not slip on it.

Seeing her mother leave without giving an answer to her question, Haruka's brows creased in a deep frown.

"Aish!" She exclaimed, stamping her feet on the floor.

Hana went to the kitchen with her maidservant to check for the ingredients and foodstuff they were lacking.
