However the topic of their conversation, Reina is currently slacking herself in her room.

She is lying comfortably on the sofa while eating desserts and drinking tea when her father arrives and directly entered to her room.

"Little lady, Can you please explain to you father about something?" said the Duke unceremoniously.

Reina almost fall down on floor because of her father's voice.

"Father, you scare the hell out me. Don't you know how to knock?" Reina answered gloomily.

"Are you lecturing me now?" ask the Duke to her daughter with a darken face.

"Father, I'm just saying" she added.

"Don't try to fool around here little lady. The Emperor already agreed to annul your engagement with the Crown Prince…." before the Duke could finish his words Reina interrupted him.

"Really! Father, the Emperor agreed?" Reina asked excitedly.

"Yes"

"You're really the best father" out of her excitement she subconsciously hugged her father and kiss his cheeks.

The Duke felt shy while his face is beet red.

"Behave yourself little lady" reprimand the Duke "But the Emperor suggest that you can only choose a husband from his sons. He said that he offers you any of his son that you will take a liking to" her father added.

Reina seems like she heard the funniest joke ever in her entire life. "Is that rascal Emperor's screw loose, what kind of trash thinking does he have? What does he think his children are? Goods that can be choose from and sold?" She felt weird.

"To be honest little lady I don't want you to get involve to any person related to the Royal family but I can't seem to do something about it. So I told him that I will ask you regarding that but if in the end you still don't want any of his scum children I will support you. Even if it means we need to declare war to the Kingdom" said the Duke seriously.

Reina felt alerted with the last words her father stated "Of all things, I only wish to live a peaceful life but why is it so hard" she said to herself with invisible tears.

"By the way I heard from the Crown Prince that you manifest the blessings of the Wind Spirit King" said the Duke confirming whether it is true or not.

"How did he knows that?" asked Reina with full of shock.

"So, what the Crown Prince say is real?" asked the Duke grimly.

Reina sigh "Honestly father I really don't know whether it is really the blessings of the Wind Spirit King that's why I didn't inform you yet. But how did he knows it?" asked Reina.

"Only Sir Alabaster and I are present in the woods aside from those beast. How come he knows it?" Reina said.

The Dukes face darken with the assumptions he formulate on his head. Even if he didn't speak she understands what the Duke is thinking right now. The Crown Prince has something to do about the attacked that happened to her and her knight.

"Leave it to me I will continue investigating about this matter. Next time don't hide this kind of important thing to me and regarding the Spirit blessings. I will tell you everything about it later" the Duke said before leaving.

"Thank you father" said Reina.

"That's nothing just rely on me. I will always be here for you" said the Duke before he closed the door.

In the Seventh Prince chamber…..

"Your highness the Emperor already knows about the Duke's daughter's ability. Once a lot more people knows it, even the other Kingdoms Royalty will be trying their best to win her. The Crown Prince revealed it to the Emperor in order for her to remain engage to her. But the Duke is the one who filed the annulment so the Emperor was forced to accept it. The Emperor gives a certain condition to the Duke that her daughter can only marry a man from his sons" Tito said.

"What a scheming old man? Hmmm ... but it's an advantage to us. Tell her to meet me tomorrow at Firebird Inn at ten o clock in the morning and not to bring any escort" said the Seventh Prince.

"Yes your highness" and Tito disappeared.

"Hmmmm….. Let's accelerate the plan. If not it might be too late for me to ask for her cooperation" said the Prince to himself while drinking wine.

In the Emperor's office....

"Your majesty this is a serious matter. Even if that woman is brainless we have to make sure that she can only marry my child to support him in the future" said the beautiful woman standing in front of the Emperor.

"Don't worry my Empress, I heard from the others how the Duke's daughter woo our son in the past. He always pester him just to be with her every time. So I doubt her decision when I heard the Duke that he wants to annul the engagement" said the Emperor to his wife.

Empress Larisse Ecclaire is the official wife of the Emperor because among the woman the he had, her family is the most powerful and influential. Aside from the Royal family and the Duke family, the Empress family came from one of the old ministers of the former Emperor. The Gadian family, well-known for being scheming and influential in the society. Minister Gadian was a very prominent figure during his time with the former Emperor.

"Possessing the blessings of the spirit is a very serious matter. It's been a hundred years since that power appeared together with the power of the Golden dragons from the first Emperor of this Kingdom" said the Empress.

"In the legend, the one who will obtain the support of the person blessed by the spirit is destined to become at the pinnacle of the world. I also heard that if the person blessed by the spirit appeared, the person who will manifest the power of the Golden dragon will also be awaken" said the man beside the Empress.

"Wizard Monell, are you sure about that?" asked the Emperor in shocked manner.

"Yes your majesty" it is written in the last part of the Book of Prophesy" answered the Wizard.

"So is means that the destruction of this Kingdom is getting near if we didn't obtained the power of the two beings" said the Emperor anxiously.

"Yes your majesty, so we have to be more careful on our every action" said the Wizard.

The Emperor sigh on his seat. While the Empress eyes seems to plan on something.

"Anything else you need to inform me?'' asked the Emperor.

"None, your highness" answered the Empress.

"You may now return and Monell try to figure out among my children who could be the next inheritor of the Golden dragon's power" command the Emperor to the Wizard.

"Leave it to me your majesty" the Wizard replied.

"If there is nothing else, you may leave now" said the Emperor.

When the two left the office the Emperor held his head. "I hope that this Kingdom survive to its impending doom"

In the Duke's Mansion…..

Reina receive the seventh Prince letter ahead of their scheduled meeting time.

"Miss why did the Seventh Prince send you a letter?" asked Ericka curiously.

Reina didn't know whether to life or cry.

"I don't know either may be he is attracted to my beauty" Reina replied.

Ericka's expression said the I-don't-believe-you-look.

"Are you sure, Miss?" asked Ericka suspiciously.

"Yes, seriously Ericka don't you believe in your Miss?" said Reina.

Ericka smiled at her "That's not what I mean miss but I am just curious on how did you attract the seventh Prince, who is well-known for his beauty. I heard he has mysophobia and doesn't like woman. There is also gossip about him that he prefer men than women because no woman can surpass his beauty."

"Well I don't know also his intention. He just asked me to meet him tomorrow morning. Ericka send my reply to his people outside" said Reina.

"Ok miss" she get the letter written by Reina and brought it to the hooded man in the Garden.

When her maid is gone, Reina sigh "What did he wants from me, seriously?"

In the Garden of the Duke's Mansion…..

"Sir, here is the reply of our Miss" said Ericka to the man.

"Thank you!" then the man disappeared in the blink of an eye.

Ericka was stunned for a moment "What a weird guy!" she said to herself and turned to leave.

In the Seventh Prince Room….

"Here is the Miss reply" said Tito and put the letter on the Prince palm.

"Good job Tito, you may leave" he answered while holding the wine on his other hand after he receive the letter.

After he reads it he burn the letter with his power and smile mischievously. "I'm curious as to what kind of facial expression would you show me when you heard what am I going to say tomorrow."
