I hissed in pain, as I came to. I tried to blink away the confusion, but I was disoriented. Everything hurt and I felt nauseous. I had a sinking feeling that I had a concussion.

"Stiles," I rasped.

"She's awake!" Lydia announced. I forced myself to sit up and fought to keep the content of my stomach down.

"Stiles," I said louder. His hand slipped into mine and I felt a wave of healing wash over it. It was helping. "Did we succeed? Is she gone?" I asked. "Are you okay? Did Dean survive?"

"She's gone. Ash died. There are some other injuries. We were able to save everyone else. Dean is okay. The demon thing is taking a toll on his body. I'll be okay." He explained. I nodded and leaned my forehead toward his. He wrapped his arms around me. "I thought you told me that you would never scare me like that, again?!" He snapped. I jumped and pulled away from him.

"What was I supposed to do?! I couldn't let her win or all of you die, if I could do something about it." I hissed. I felt all wrong. I could tell that not all of the magic I channeled was pure. There was so much dark energy that day.

"Jesus, I just don't want my girlfriend to hurl herself at danger every opportunity she gets! I love you. I can't lose you." He lamented. I pulled his face into my hands and kissed him.

"I'm sorry. It's a character flaw. I love you, too. I love our pack. You've become my family. I couldn't stand idly by and watch you die. I'll try not to do anything that dangerous, again." I apologized. He nodded, stiffly.

"When you're healed, we're spending the weekend away, just the two of us." He decided.

"That sounds amazing. I would love that." I agreed.

"I'm glad that you're awake, Bonnie. I need you to take these elixirs. It will help center you and balance the residual dark magic inside of you." Deaton told me. I nodded and did as he told me. "There is one more that you need to take. It will put you in a magic-induced coma and allow you to heal, but the others wanted to visit with you first." He explained. I nodded.

"Thank you, for all of your help, Deaton. Send them in." I gave him the okay. He walked away and Stiles kissed me. We kept it short. Our bond was evolving and growing inside of us. It made me feel refreshed in ways that I couldn't describe.

"I'm so thankful that you're alright." Lydia gushed, as she came over the hug me. I hugged her back.

"She's right. You're not allowed to die on us." Erica told me.

"Who else would put up with me and keep up with our witty banter?" Peter asked.

"Please, Peter, you're not that hard to keep up with." Caroline jibed. Everyone laughed at that.

"She's not wrong, Peter," Derek smirked.

"Got room for a few more?" Dean asked as he walked in with the rest of the hunters.

"Of course," Chris told them.

"I just wanted to say thank you, Bonnie. You didn't have to do any of that for us, but you did. If you need anything, just call. Any of us will stop what we're doing and come help you. I wasn't a big fan of witches, that's true. But, I've never experienced any like you or your friends. I can't thank you enough for what you did. If you ever decide you want to embrace the hunter life, you've got a place with us." Dean promised. I smiled at him and got up to hug him.

"I appreciate that. You guys are always welcome in Beacon Hills. We promise to always have pie." I grinned.

"You're a lucky man, Stiles. Bonnie's a catch. Cute and appreciated pie. Not to mention that she's a badass. I might need help breaking this mark, but I'll go to see what I can scrounge up on my own first. You all need to rest. We've dragged you through enough."

"You're sure that this will only last a couple of days and it won't be permanent?" Isaac asked Deaton nervously, as he brewed the potion for the magic-induced coma.

"I'm sure. I'm afraid that if I don't, Bonnie will suffer permanent consequences. I'm not willing to risk it. Are you?" He explained.

"Of course, she'll take it," Jackson spoke up. I laughed.

"I'm so glad everyone is speaking up for me." I joked.

"It's only because we care, darling." Peter reminded me.

"I know. Let's get this over with."
