"Is she gone?" Samuel was in his study when he saw Adele come in with some tea for him.

"Yes, she asked if she could take one of the cars and Kate agreed. She left few minutes ago."

"You don't seem to happy with the results." She notice subtle changes in his expression.

"Hey, who am I to stop her? She has her own life and her own things to do. Maybe it was for the best that she left." He shrugged helping her with the tray.

He was putting it down when Adele hugged him from behind which did surprise him.

"What's wrong?" He asked turning around and putting her head on his chest. Feeling her warmth did out his mind at ease.

"You don't have to hide things from me. I can see it in her eyes that she too cared for you but she seemed to have some things on her mind. Maybe she will come back?" She said softly.

"Why? Do you want her to come back?"He didn't know what she was trying to say.
