A Spark in the Dark Shadow..

We ate dinner quietly and had a game of checkers after that. We shared a lot of jokes and laughed a lot. I felt really light-hearted during that night and even when I retired to my room, I was feeling high spirited. 


When I got to my room, I thought of taking a shower before going to sleep. When I grabbed pajamas from the closet, I heard a thought that was calling out for me from outside. 


Lina, are you there? I recognized it as Ashton’s. 


I was amazed that I took a second frozen in my position and then went straight to my window. I yanked it out of the way. I looked out of it and thought back. 


I just got to your house and I can see you now. I’m coming in right now so close that window, he thought. 


I did as he said and went back to my bed. I put the pajamas on the pillow and sat on the edge of the bed. 


He gilt-ed into my room and I wasn’t amazed that much to see it happen because I had it now.
