After breakfast everyone else went about their businesses. My dad, Jay and Kelsey went down to the lab. Mr. and Mrs. McKenzie went to the living room to relax while watching TV. I went upstairs to get into my practice gear. I needed it before spending the whole day in my capsule.

I waited for him to get there and then practice kicked off. We started off with the normal moves for fighting skills and we perfected all our faults. After that we went on to using our super powers.
