Improvement Berries - [ Chapter - 18 ]

So Ho-Seok went to the location that NewsTower mentioned with the serpent dragons following him in spirit form and when he got there the place had big waterfall but Ho-Seok didn't see the bush.

Then Ho-Seok started looking around for the bush and to help he summoned his undead to help him look around and after a while of searching they found out that the bush was at the top of the waterfall.

So Ho-Seok immediately went to the top of the waterfall and there was six berries in the bush but each of the berries had a huge amount of aura with them so NewsTower was definitely telling the truth about this.

Ho-Seok checked to make sure there wasn't anything he needed to do to pick it so he checked the information that NewsTower sent again and it actually said that one person or animal can eat it once only or there won't be anymore effects.

So Ho-Seok realized it wasn't stackable so Ho-Seok was very lucky that he read the information again or he might have just given two berries to each of his serpent dragons but now Ho-Seok needed to think what he could use the other three for.

While he was thinking he fed the three berries to the serpent dragons and their spirit strength and aura increased tremendously and Jung-Hwa was very impressed by the improvement in their strengths.

So then Ho-Seok decided that he would feed the rest of the berries to his summons, so he started pick which of his summons he would pick to feed the rest of the berries to and after a while he made his decision.

He chose to give one of the berries to the strongest undead that uses physical attacks that he had and he gave one to the strongest undesd that uses magic attacks and when he gave it to them they started to glow.

The undead that used physical attacks became a Dullahan and the undead that used magic attacks became a Lich, Ho-Seok was impressed by their evolution but then they started talking.

The Dullahan said, "I bow before my lord" when saying this he went of his undead horse and knelt before Ho-Seok and the Lich said, "I bow before my lord" like the Dullahan she bowed towards Ho-Seok.

Then both at the same time they said, "Please give us a name our lord", Ho-Seok was surprised by this since he had never heard of talking summons that were below the 10th floor but Ho-Seok started thinking of their names.

After a while of thinking Ho-Seok came up with their names and he said that the Dullahan shall be named after the God Of Swordsmanship, Takemikazuchi and his name was "Zuchi" and the Lich was named after the God Of Magic, Hecate and her name was "Heca".

The moment Ho-Seok gave them their names a string of light appeared just like the soul contracts and asked them, "What is this light?", Heca replied saying "It's a true summons contract.", then Ho-Seok asked, "What's that?".

Then Heca replied by saying, "The true summons contract is equivalent to a soul contract when the summoner and the summon is completely one and the summoner gave the summon a name.".

After hearing that Ho-Seok was extremely happy that he didn't need to buy more soul contracts for them since it would be a waste if they weren't in the next life but then Ho-Seok gave the final berry to his final choice.

Ho-Seok gave it to the boss that he revived the boss was a goblin chieftain but it started to evolve, Ho-Seok didn't know that there was a goblin stronger than the goblin chieftain but after it evolved it started to talk.

The Goblin spoke clearly in a proper manner and said, "The Goblin Emperor bows before it's lord" then it knelt just like Heca and Zuchi, Ho-Seok had never heard of a goblin emperor before and ask, "What can you do?".

Then the Goblin Emperor started to talk again, "I can summon any goblin through my ability called "Goblin's Final Command" and my stats are 10x stronger than a goblin chieftain.", Ho-Seok was impressed by this.

After that Ho-Seok decided that he wanted to name the Goblin Emperor as well so then Ho-Seok started thinking a name for him until he came up with the perfect name for a goblin.

Ho-Seok named the Goblin Emperor after the God Of Riches, Plutus and so he named him "Pluto" then a string of light appeared again and it was that true summons contract and Ho-Seok was happy that it worked again.

Because Ho-Seok named the three summons after the God of Magic, Swordsmanship and Riches they were all blessed by the god unless they used the God's name that blessed them in vain, so it was pretty good as well.

After a while Ho-Seok realized that the Zuchi, Pluto and Heca could talk but not Gia, Hepha and Seidon so Ho-Seok asked Heca if she knew the reason why and she asked, "Can I see the three you speak of?".

Then after she said that Ho-Seok told Gia, Hepha and Seidon to go back into their physical form and when Heca saw them she said, "They are still in their toddler form even after the berries improvement effect.".

After that she continoued talking and said, "It seems like the berries wasn't even close enough to put them to into their adolescent form." then she continued to explain that the berry just made them stronger and nothing else.

Unlike them the serpent dragons needed more power to be able to talk since they come from a higher species and their father is an administrator of the tower but since they are not a higher species like them they were able to evolve through the berries.

Even though it is hard to help the evolve their strength limit is higher than other species and so it was actually pretty good that they were a species that couldn't evolve fast since usually those species are the weakest.
