Redemption

ANNETTE'S POV

"Oh don't let him scare you, pretty one," Saruman said, stepping in through the lilac-coloured curtain. He was holding a cup which looked strange. It was made of pure silver.

"Am I really going to lose my mind?" I asked, worriedly.

"Oh..nonsense. What he is trying to say is that it wouldn't be easy." He responded, standing beside my bed.

"That – doesn't sound good," I said to him,

"What you did was reckless, thoughtless, brave but consequential. You were able to imprison his mind in yours. He cannot think or move or do anything unless you let him.

I have never seen such powers in the body of a human before. It is magnificent. You are in charge now, you can conjure his spirit, and you can help us find out his plans, you can see his tomorrow.

Only all of this will drain you. Him being in your head will drain you as well, which is why you must make this your daily coffee." He said, handing me the cup.
