I couldn't believe him. I couldn't understand how someone could love someone and still wish to hurt them. Standing there with my eyes fixed on him disappointed as he spoke, I could only be glad I got over him. It could have been me.

"So that's it, that's all you can come up with. Sacrifice your own to save the world?" I asked him.

"And you two are just going to keep silent like this wasn't some issue?" I added, turning to Michael and Gabriel.

"Elena..as much as it hurts to admit, he has a huge point," Michael said,

"He has a huge point. Wow. Unbelievable. I seriously need to start working on my life because I cannot continue to keep getting entangled with the wrong beings every time!" I lost it.
