“No, I d-don’t want you. Leave me alone.” I tried to say but my voice came out choked and breathy.

It has been four days since Luke had gotten into the accident and I had only been to see him once because Daniel didn't want us to worry that much and wanted us to focus on school but it was hard to do that. All of us had been shaken by the news that he was still unconscious and as much as I wanted to go to him, I didn't want to overstep and give anyone to assume there was something going on between us until he was ready to tell them.


"Do you think they will allow us to go and see him today?" Patience asked, she was sitting next to me in the Physics class before the teacher showed up while Neil was sitting in his usual seat looking gloomy and Lynn was quiet which was like her these days. "Every time I ask Daniel how he's doing, he just tells me not to worry too much about it but that only makes me more worried."
