Chapter 27: Rematch

After the Avatar universe had gotten erased by the two Zeno's everything fell silent. No one was saying much now, everyone was on the edge of their seats watching what was going to happen now. Erza coughed as she clinched her side, she slowly got up as she glared over at Scarlet, she didn't see Azula anywhere. A small smirk appeared on her face as she kept her gaze on Scarlet.

"So I see she's gone." Erza said holding one of her swords. "I think it's about time we have our little rematch, the last time you fought me.. I wasn't in any shape thanks to what you've done to me. But I'm sure you can tell I have much more experience now."

Scarlet snickered as she twirled Black Rose around. "Don't get so cocky, go ahead and change your appearance. I'll wait, take all the time you need to figure out which armor would help you against me."

Erza chuckled. "Well then, you asked for it." She smirked as she closed her eyes for a moment to take a deep breath. "Requip!" Her appearance changed as she had equipped her Flight Armor. "This armor makes me much quicker than my Clear Heart clothing, there's no way you'd be able to keep up with my speed."

Scarlet grinned widely as her eyes glowed. "We'll just see about that." She licked her lips as she rushed towards Erza and swung Black Rose at her.

Erza smirked as she moved out of the way, getting a bit of distance between the two before she landed a fatal gut punch on Scarlet. Scarlet vomited all over Erza's arm, she clinched her stomach as she coughed. Unfortunately this wasn't against the rules so Erza was in the clear still, it didn't kill Scarlet so the Zeno's and Grand Priest let it slide.

Scarlet winched as she laughed despite it hurting when she did. "Not bad Titania.... Not bad at all." She gave Erza an uppercut to her jaw as she was sent flipping through the air and landed hard onto her back, causing Erza to cry out in pain. Scarlet took a moment to recover from vomiting as she then walked over to Erza, she looked down at her and smirked.

"So much for your quick reflex and speed Erza." The Grimm girl reached down and grabbed Erza by the arm and lifted her up. "Not so fast now are we Titania?" She tossed Erza up into the air as she watched Erza fall before kneeing her in the gut and then doing a downwards hammer with both of her hands together. The hit was hard and strong enough to knock Erza down hard like before with the uppercut to the jaw, Erza yelled in pain again as grunted and slowly got up.

"Kick her ass!" Natsu yelled from the stands. "Don't let Scarlet put you down like she did before!"

Erza clinched her fist as she slowly stood up, Scarlet looked at Erza as she wanted her to get up she wanted the thrill of fighting Era at her fullest. She stepped back and licked her lips, this excited her, sure she had to hold back and not kill her but it still got her pumping. After Erza stood up, she glared at Scarlet for a moment, her body glowed as she then spoke. "Requip! Heavens Wheel!"

"Oh? Bringing out the big guns are we?" Scarlet asked as she snickered a little bit. Her Nevermore wings unfolded as she flew into the air, ignoring what Erza was going to say. She turned her head to look towards the Zeno's and Grand Priest. "This armor of Erza's allows her to fly. Would you allow that?"

Both Zeno's looked at each other for a moment before looking over at Scarlet. "We'll allow it, yeah yeah, we'll allow it! Just this once though, no more after that." They seemed to be interested on how Erza's new armor would help her fly, but they didn't back down from their answer they gave Scarlet.

Scarlet looked down at Erza as she saw her looking up at her, this was a sudden change. Erza didn't know if she should feel honored or concerned for this change, but it was clear. Scarlet wanted to put on a show for the Omni kings and everyone else watching, instead of having it be the same old same old knocking each other down or punching each other. Erza smirked as she flew into the air where Scarlet was at, her eyes locked onto Scarlet's red glowing Grimm eyes. She rushed towards Scarlet as the swords that surrounded her swung forward and attacked Scarlet.

A dimensional time rift opens up above the tournament ring as Erza and Scarlet stopped their fight in midair. Everyone else stopped as well and looked up at the rift, the same was said for the ones over in the stands watching. Both Zeno's and The Grand Priest also took notice of this, Scarlet's nose twitched as Erza took notice. Natsu, Wendy and Gajeel could smell it as well. The three dragon slayers and Scarlet could smell three smells, one was a familiar smell to Scarlet but the other two weren't.

"What's going on?" Erza asked as she floated in the air next to Scarlet.

Scarlet growled under her breath. "She's here, how did she find me? Aren't we within an unreachable area?"

Erza looked at her confused for a moment as she looked back at the rift before seeing a figure come out. The figure came into view as it was Queen, she smirked seeing everyone within one spot. Her eyes scanned the area as she spotted Scarlet, she kept that smirk on her face as she pointed her sword towards Scarlet. "There you are Scarlet, it seems like you're having a fun time.... sadly, this fun of yours needs to come to an end."

"Queen...." Scarlet growled as she glared at her, clearly she wasn't happy with seeing Queen show up. "What is so important that you show up to interrupt this tournament?"

Beerus looked up at Queen as he seemed amused knowing she had interrupted the tournament. "So that's Queen? It seems like she didn't come here to talk things out..."

Whis nodded his head as he could tell something was up, but he couldn't place his finger on it. He noticed Queen had turned her gaze over to everyone in the stands, Queen looked over as she saw the past Kurumi. She snickered as she saw Beerus as well, she turned her attention back towards Scarlet as she moved out of the way as a giant hand came out of the rift, the hand tore it open more to a decent size before poking its head out.

"I-Is that..... Cell Max?" Gohan asked shocked. "How?"

Cell Max came out of the rift as he fell down onto the arena, Queen laughed a little bit as one more figure came out of the rift. This one didn't seem familiar to Scarlet, yet something about them was.... different. But it didn't matter to her, she wanted to know why Queen was there and why she came with backup.

"I am known as Kang.... I am the conqueror of every dimension, multiverse and alternate reality...." Kang spoke as he floated on a platform. "And soon, this universe will be mine to conquer next."

"Like hell it will!" A familiar voice yelled as Scarlet squinted her eyes seeing Ryuko flying up towards them.

Scarlet scoffed as she had no idea Ryuko was there, she looked over towards Erza before flying off towards Ryuko. Queen noticed as she smirked, she landed gracefully onto the arena floor as she used her flintlock to shoot at Ryuko. Scarlet got in the way before anything else could happen, but by the time she did, Cell Max swung his fist at the two knocking them back. Ryuko yelled as she crashed into a rock wall that was formed during some power struggles. Scarlet went flying backwards as she crashed into Queen's sword as the blade went straight through her stomach.

Scarlet spat up blood as she looked down seeing Queen's sword. She turned her head to see Queen behind her grinning, Queen pushed the sword through Scarlet more as the Grimm girl spat up more blood. Everyone in the stands watched in horror as Natsu clinched his fists, he knew that they couldn't do anything to help out. It was against the rules to even try anything without having to worry about getting erased by the two Zeno's.

"I can't wait to slowly kill you... and then Kurumi and Marigold will be next..." Queen spoke into Scarlet's ear. "And Kang is going to help me make sure that this will be the last time you interfere with my plans...." She pulled the sword out of Scarlet and slashed at her arms slicing them off before kicking her down, she raised her boot up and slammed her foot down onto the open wound on Scarlet.

Scarlet yelled in pain as she screamed in agony while Queen twisted her heel on the wound. Wendy was horrified by what was happening, Beerus looked over at the Grand Priest and the two Omni Kings. "Can't you do anything? This is against the rules!"

Both Zeno's looked at each other and nodded, but before they could raise their hands to erase Queen, Kang and Cell Max from the arena. Kang fired a blue energy blast from his hands at the Grand Priest and the two Zeno's, he glared up at them for a brief moment. "Do not interfere."

Queen continued to twist her heel on the wound, smirking widely as she listened to Scarlet screaming in pain. "And now it's time to finish you off." She raised her sword up as she was aiming for Scarlet's heart, she was about to stab her in the heart until she was hit off of her.

"Get away from her!" Erza yelled as she stood over Scarlet, her eyes filled with fire. "I don't know who you are or why you're here, but you've just made a huge mistake." She glared at Queen as she pointed her sword at her. "You've made an enemy of the Fairy Tail guild, and I will not allow you to harm anyone!"

Queen laughed as she looked at her. "Erza Scarlet.... you would defend a Grimm with your life? How pathetic." Her clock eye ticked as she grinned as she held her sword up to her face. "Lucifugus!" A giant clock appeared behind Queen as she looked at Erza again.

"What in the?" Erza asked seeing the giant clock behind Queen. "What the hell is that thing? I've never seen anything like that!"

Queen smirked as she kept her gaze on Erza, she took a moment to think of an attack that would be helpful to her. But something clicked in her head, one that would definitely come in handy. "Cancer sword Sartan." Queen dashed towards Erza and swung her sword at her, the blade of her sword sliced small pieces of Erza's hair off from her head.

Erza was taken by surprise, she didn't even have time to put in a reaction let alone calculate Queen's attacks. She felt ready for whatever attack Queen would be throwing at her next, she looked back at Scarlet wondering why she hadn't healed yet. But it dawned on her, she scoffed under her breath as she looked back at Queen before swinging her sword at her, she slashed at Queen's face blinding her for a moment before kneeling down and picked Scarlet up.

Scarlet was confused at what Erza was doing, she felt herself being lifted up and noticed Erza had gotten some distance between her and Queen. So much that she was out of Queen's eye sight, Erza dropped Scarlet onto her knees as she turned to look at Scarlet once more.

"Bite me." Erza said as she knelt down to Scarlet's level. "Well? What are you waiting fo---" She was cut off as she felt a sharp pain near her neck, she winched a little bit.

Scarlet now knew what Erza was doing, after hearing Titania say that. Scarlet opened her mouth and sank her fangs into Erza's neck. The Grimm girl was drinking Erza's blood, Makarov had noticed this from where he was sitting at.

"I see...." Makarov said as he crossed his arms. "Erza is going out of her way to help Scarlet regain her strength... I just hope this choice she is making doesn't end up killing her, or making her weak..." Makarov mumbled under his breath however. "Still.... considering how much chaos that girl caused us.... I can't let the past haunt me, right now we all are at risk of what these three newcomers are going to do."

Queen's vision became clear after what Erza did, she glanced around as she didn't see Erza or Scarlet. "Running away with their tails between their legs how sad...." She laughed as she started to walk around the arena. "Surely you two couldn't have gotten far, why don't you come on out of hiding?"

Scarlet could smell Queen moving around, she needed a bit more time to fill up on the blood she was getting from Erza. They needed someone to be a distraction, but who would? Then an idea hit her in the head, she moved her mouth away from Erza's neck as she whistled. The whistling could be heard by the others but more importantly it caught the attention of Ryuko, apparently Matoi was hiding and planning her next attack on Cell Max. She heard Scarlet's whistle, of course Ryuko was still traumatized by everything Scarlet had done to her. But she needed to swallow all that fear and trauma, she busted out from where she was hiding at and dashed over to the sound of the whistle.

"What the? What did you just do?" Erza asked as she turned her head to look at Scarlet, but she was once against silenced as she felt Scarlet sink her fangs into her neck again. The feeling of having her blood sucked out from her body was so strange, but she had to admit that she wasn't fearing for her life like before.

Ryuko was on her way over as Queen took notice of her. She rushed towards Ryuko and swung her sword at her while firing her flintlock at her, Ryuko noticed as she blocked the flintlock bullets and caught Queen's sword with her hand. She then kicked her in the gut knocking Queen back a few feet, it was slowly starting to piece together in her head on why Scarlet had whistled. "Damn it, I'm just a distraction...." She cursed under her breath.

Scarlet eventually finished feasting off of Erza's blood as she had her fill. She moved her mouth away from her as she licked what blood was remaining from her lips and from Erza's neck, once she had done that. Her body started to heal itself, her arms grew back as the wound Queen had given her closed up. Scarlet stood up as she looked down at Erza. "I'm not going to thank you for helping me."

"I didn't have any plans on asking you to thank me." Erza said as she grabbed Scarlet's hand and pulled herself up. "I'm just glad you didn't devour me whole like last time...." She popped her neck as she glanced over towards the sound of Ryuko and Queen fighting. "So what's the plan? How do we stop her, the giant beast and the other person?"

Scarlet crossed her arms as she thinks for a moment, she couldn't tell how they would stop Cell Max, well that was until Gohan came over to check on the two.

"We have to aim for his head."Gohan said looking at the two. "Cell Max's head is his weak spot. As for Kang? He already went way too far, trying to attack the Grand Priest and the Omni Kings." He powered up in Beast as he smirked. "Looks like it's our turn."

Scarlet looked at him and then at Erza. "If that's his weak spot.... then maybe Goku and the others can handle Kang, I've fought Queen before. So I can deal with her, I won't let her get the better of me again like she had done...." She clinched her fists as her eyes glowed. "She can't get away with this. I can't let her slip through my fingers again..."

Erza nodded as she stepped forward. "Requip! Purgatory!" Erza's appearance and armor changed, she dawned a full black armor set with spikes on it. Her sword was replaced with a lard black mace it too had spikes as well. "This is one of my most powerful armors I have." She looked at Scarlet before looking towards Gohan. "We'll deal with Cell Max while Scarlet takes care of Queen."

Gohan nodded his head as he needed time to charge up his special beam cannon, but he had hoped this Cell Max wasn't as powerful as the previous one him and Piccolo had fought. "I'll need time to charge up an attack that would work against him. But we need others to help up with him."

Erza nodded as she went ahead and dashed off, Scarlet did the same as she picked up a piece of rubble and threw it at Queen. The rubble hit Queen's back as she turned around to see Scarlet looking healthy and back in shape from the state she had left her in, she was now curious as to what Scarlet was going to say or even if she was doing to say anything at all.

"Hey asshole! We have a score to settle, you and me. Right here, right now!" Scarlet's crimson red eyes glowed as she smirked. "You won't be running away again. I'll be sure of that."
