Forced In Marriage

We quickly opened the lights and we saw Evie laying on the floor looking lifeless. The rest of the room seemed normal and there were no evident signs of a break-in. The guys insisted on looking around and checking the rest of the rooms just in case there was someone here. I kneeled down next to my best friend and I checked her body for injuries and her pulse. Thank God, it was there. I was checking the rest of her body out when I saw blood between her legs. My heart stopped beating for a moment. 


"Alex! Jordan!" I shouted and they both came back into the room running and frantically looking for threats. 


"What happened?" Alex asked concerned. 


"We have to take her to a hospital! Now!" I said and he scooped Evie in his arms and walked outside. Jordan turned to me, "You go with him. I'll pack up her things. She'll need you more when she wakes up..." he said and I gave him a short nod and followed Alex out the door.
