Eternal Wolves

“Alpha, uhh...sorry to interrupt you but, I just received news from Beta Harold and Beta Trace back at the palace,” Alec shouted through the door. 


I looked at Ari. She was still trying to catch her breath. “Do you have to go?” She frowned. 


I pecked her lips gingerly, “I’m sorry my love, but I have to hear this.” 


I got off the bed and proceeded to dress, “I’ll be out in a moment. Meet me in my office.” 


“Yes, Alpha!” Alec stated. I could hear his footsteps as he walked away from the bedroom door. 


I gently caress Ari’s lips with mine one more time before leaving, “I’ll be back soon. Just rest. Make this room yours!” I smiled and pushed a strand of hair behind her ear out of her face. She nodded and rolled into the blankets on the bed. 


As I left our bedroom, I ran my hands through my hair. I didn’t bother to put a shirt on. It’s just Alec and probably Alessandro in my office.
