Layla  
An Elf’s Tale: 
 
Hi my name is Layla and I am an Elf living in the human world, my life has not always been easy. But with the love and support of my loving Granny and best friends being an outcast among my own kind was at the very least survivable.  
That is until the day I met Alex Night, that day my life changed and for the first time in a very long time I was happy. 
But like most things my happiness didn’t last. 
Now I am a prisoner of the Prince of darkness a.k.a the soon to be king of the Dark Elves. In a very short time, the world I thought I knew is turned upside down and I find myself in the midst of an evil scheme. With the burning question why me? 
Will I find my happily ever after or will I sub come to the wicked scheme of my capture?

Layla,  an Elf's tale

The fact that Eric said people heard screams like someone was being tortured did not sit well with me. Layla looks just as concerned but Tempest looked downright miserable, she was fighting back the tears. But true to form she focused on what she could do to save Dominic or help save him. We got our stuff together and just as the storm finally broke, we set off. We had no idea where to go but as Eric talked about a village, we said off in the direction of the village. We did not however use a portal as neither I nor Layla would know where to go, and then we might end up like we did with our last portal jump; dangling off a cliff. 


Eric was kind of good company and even though he flirted with Tempest every chance he got. He seemed to be doing it just to get her mind off what Dominic might be facing, he even made her laugh a couple of times. 


“So, love, tell me how did you and your boyfriend meet?”
