Engagement IV

Nathan couldn't help but giggle at her attitude, she looked so cute whenever she tried to act brave in front of him...he felt something in his heart shifting, he could finally admit he had fallen in love with her and he was going to make his no matter what happens.

Stopping the waiter who was holding a tray of wine, he picked up a glass and sipped from it. sipping his wine he returned his attention to Kylie who was busy swirling something between her fingers with a mysterious look in his eyes.

" What do you plan to do to him after exposing him, he won't just sit down and wait for you to continue striking him " Nathan asked with an inquisitive stare looking straight into her eyes.

Kylie stopped twirling what was in her hands and smirked with a mysterious gaze....smiling she muttered " I just kill him then, huh?? won't that be better I can't let a maniac let lose on my family you see "

Nathan smirked in response to her as a glint flash in the depth of his eyes " seems like you need a partner to help you then, let me join on this....just leave to the killing to me got it " he said as he daunted his eyes to Liam who was busy smiling from ear to ear.

Raising her gaze to Nathan, she drew closer to him, their faces where only inches apart from each other...cocking her head to the side she whispered in his ear " Then do you still love me and want to marry me, after seeing the devil right here " pointing to her chest.

Kylie sighed as she started at Nathan who was dumbstruck by what she said, it was quite obvious he was in love with her and she just didn't want to drag an innocent man into her plots, but after doing her investigations about him she found out something interesting.

" Well then princess let's get entangled in this game of love and war together if that's what you want, but beware once you become mine you can't escape " Nathan mumbled sipping his wine which tasted bland to him.

" I have nothing to lose, do I now?? so it's a win win for me right? " Kylie said with a dazzling smile grazing her lips " Ah! after all this I want to escape and go for a vacation without any disturbance " she added relaxing back onto her chair.

" then it's a deal then, if I can help you succeed you become mine without any kind of denial " Nathan said patting her head,

" Hey don't do that to my hair " Kylie said pushing his hand away from her head....looking at the audience a glint flashed through her eyes and she mumbled a silent " Now " that was audible only to Nathan who also returned to being expressionless looking into the crowd.

" Let's the bride and groom getting engaged come up to the stage, let's begin the engagement " The Anchor said as a resounding clap was heard through out the room.

Callie and Liam walked up the stage hand in hand, she was brimming with a smile written all over her lips and her face...she was so happy, she could finally be with the love of life after four long years...she gazed up at Liam's face who in turn gazed down at her with a smile across his lips.

" You can now exchange the rings with each other to seal your never ending love for each other, " the Anchor said beckoning onto the ring bearers who stepped on stage.

Liam smiled looking at the rings put forward to them, something moved in the depth of his eyes...finally phrase two of his plan was complete, there was no going back anymore.

Picking up the ring, Liam fell down to his knees and held up the ring with a gorgeous smile gracing his lips...the hall resounded with a large gasps and awe from the guests especially the young mistresses who kept wishing they could find a husband like Liam.

Opening his mouth, Liam muttered gazing at Callie with an adorable gaze, love gleaming in his eyes

" Empty was how I felt,

Drop dead silence was heard through out the room, soon sounds of claps was heard everywhere in the room....everyone was moved by his confession, young girls could be seen sniffing in their tears and wiping their tears..

Tears couldn't stop gushing out of Callie's eyes, she was pushed to tears at his confession...looking down at Liam who was smiling and holding up the ring to put into her fingers, she spread out her left fingers out and he slipped in the ring into her middle finger.

Pulling him into a hug from the ground, Callie hugged him like her life depended on it..." I love you so so much darling " she mumbled with tears dripping down her eyes.

" I love you too baby " Liam said as he patted her back as she cried, pulling her away from him..he wiped off her tears and pulled her off the ground along with himself.
