If only she could turn back time, Zalina Roston would probably use her time to return to that day. One day changed her life when she was 15 years old.

Zalina doesn't understand why she is experiencing strange things she never imagined. She doesn't know if this is a curse or a gift she must accept. Zalina can see pieces of a person's future, even death, by touching their hand.

When Zalina touched the hand of a man named Jasper Blackmore, she seemed to have hope. It was because the man was different. There is something connected to their past.

With Zalina's abilities, their adventure begins. Jasper and Zalina solve several cases that occur around them. Slowly the love between Zalina and Jasper grows, but they are two different beings.

"You are greedy and cruel, Simon. You have caused wars and destroyed innocent creatures. You must accept the punishment."

Simon groaned as he tried to get up, but he didn't have the strength to do it. He could only lay weak and thought it might be time for him to die.

He then looked at the older man who was looking at him. With a smirk on his bloodied lips, he said, "Punish. I'm ready to die."

"Dead? No. Your punishment is not death but the pain of loss. And when you meet your descendant, they will receive a curse."

Simon chuckled at the older man's words. He didn't have anything of value in his life, so why was he afraid of losing? After all, Simon has not and will never love a woman. How could he have descendants?

"This is easy." Simon grinned before finally closing his eyes.

Don't Touch My Hand Or You Will Die

Zalina was still looking at Jasper and trying to read what was on his mind. However, Zalina found nothing but the tension on Jasper's face.

"Jasper, are you hiring a hard-of-hearing employee? Why is she so quiet?"

"Come on, Luna. Don't keep cornering him. Zalina...." Jasper once again ordered Zalina's out.

Zalina gripped the tray in her hand tightly. She tries to think positively. Maybe they will talk about work.

"Oh, I'm sorry, I'm sorry." Zalina then turned and left the room.

After leaving, she just stood in front of the door. It was hard to convince herself that they were talking about work. People would think the same as Zalina if they were in her position.

"Is this how Jasper felt when I was with Taylor? But I just wanted to find out about my past with Taylor. Ah, why is that woman so beautiful?" Zalina had a monologue in her heart.
