After dying in a tragic arson incident, Ace was reborn with God's Favor in a powerful family with his past memories on a new Earth where humans evolved into superhumans. The ancient immortal offered Mark a chance to resurrect his wife in exchange for Ace's life. So, he took on the job of assassinating Ace. But, he got a plan of his own.

Thus begins the story of Ace and Mark, in the world of superhumans.

Far away, an unstable portal opened on an isolated island. A human emerged from that portal, bleeding and covered in violet flames.

"And I guess you know where these guns are?" Clare asked Mark with a curious look.


At this point, Clare can't trust her information network because the traitor, hiding in the Superhuman Organization, might inform the assassins about their plan. So, following Mark's plan might be the best choice.


Clare decided to put his trust in Mark because she knew about the incident where Mark rescued kids from the slave traders and annihilated the enemies in a single night, which earned him his infamous name, Blood Player.


"Do you know him?" Trisa asked Clare, "I mean, we don't even know this guy's name, and for all we know, he could be laying a trap to get rid of us." She wanted to know the authenticity of Mark's words.


"Hahahaha!!!" Mark burst out in laughter after hearing Trisa's words.


"What are you laughing at?" Trisa slammed her fist on the table.
