The ancient immortal offered Mark a chance to resurrect his wife in exchange for Ace's life. So, he took on the job of assassinating Ace. But, he got a plan of his own.

Thus begins the story of Ace and Mark, in the world of superhumans.

Far away, an unstable portal opened on an isolated island. A human emerged from that portal, bleeding and covered in violet flames.

"Ohohoho... The pain I am going to inflict on them, they have no idea..."


Liam muttered as he let out a burst of sinister laughter. He at least found some entertainment and a powerful family. He plans to use everything to regain his former power.


"Do you want them to stop hitting you?" Tristen spoke with a sly smile.


"I... I... What do you mean?" Liam stuttered after hearing Tristen's words. He couldn't believe that the person who tormented him most was telling something like that.


"You do something for me, and we will bury our past enmities... I won't get in your way ever again..."


Tristen extended his hand toward Liam with a little smile.


For the first time, Liam didn't feel any hostility from Tristen, "What do you want?" He inquired with a curious expression.
