Misunderstanding

Shen Yin rubbed the space between her eyebrows in frustration. "Yun Shan, the grudge between us has nothing to do with my son. Don't hurt him. As long as you return him to me, I'll let you have Lian Jing."

"Are you serious?" Yun Shan smiled in surprise. "But I don't trust you. You have to call Lian Jing now and make things clear, then send me a recording. That way, your son will be safe and sound. How about that? Your son is obviously more important than a man, right?"

To Shen Yin, Shen Nian was definitely more important than Lian Jing. If she had to choose between the two of them, she would choose Shen Nian without hesitation.

However, she did not trust Yun Shan.

Shen Yin gripped her cell phone, her gaze becoming more and more determined. "I can promise to do that, but I need assurance that my son is safe first. Let me speak to him."
