Chapter 4:- Birthday party [II]
"Let's go." While walking, William could see many Incubus men still staring at the Succubus queen in lust. It's too bad that Laura rejected every single one of them. Laura said that non of the royal Incubus were worthy enough to become her husband.
With every step that the Succubus queen Laura took her mountains seemed to jump and giggle as if calling out to Incubus for some attention. Her plump ass seemed to have the power to draw the eyes of all Incubus. Even William for a second couldn't stop staring at her plump ass. Even though he only had reached 10, it was like something in him was beginning to awaken.
"Your Ma...I am mean aunty, are we going to awaken my Star-Blaze ability?" William's voice was filled with excitement. William couldn't find his parents and grandmother, so he figured they were waiting for him in the secret room.
"Yes. The ability or power you're going to awaken will play a very important role. Your future path is going to be decided by what ability or weapon you awaken." The queen patiently explained everything. The queen was always kind, caring, tolerant, patient, and gentle when it came to William.
"I see. Aunt, what did you awaken using your Star-Blaze? I heard that you had used 3 Star-Blazes?" The queen was one of those unique and super rare people in this world who managed to use 3 Star-Blazes.
Laura smiled and replied in a low tone. "I can control a special kind of white flames." Even though William already knew this answer from other people, hearing it from the queen, he was still shocked. The White flame was said to be one of the strongest flames in the whole world. The flame gave the user a special and unique kind of ability that can bring terrors to the hearts of the enemies. Even to this day, only a handful of people knew what terrifying ability the queen's white flame hides.
"What about your other two abilities?" William asked in an excited tone.
"My second Star-Blaze ability is a Legend-rank skill while my third Star-Blaze ability is an Epic rank artifact. If you wish to know more about my Legend rank skill and my Epic rank artifact, you will have to very super first." Laura, the Succubus queen rubbed William's hair with an affectionate look.
"Alright, I will wait for that day." Even William's father had no idea what skill or artifact that Succubus queen had. It is said that other than the Succubus queen and her mother no one in the royal family knew about her queen's second and third Star-Blaze abilities.
Soon with the queen, William arrived in a large underground hall where he found his parents and grandmother waiting for him.
"William you're here. You look very handsome. I can't help but feel pity for the countless girls' hearts you're going to capture with that look of yours."
"I am the most handsome man out there." William proudly lifted his chest making others smile.
"Alright let's get started." Maria Portsley, William's grandmother took out a red-orange color fist size star-shaped object from her pocket.
"Is this star-Blaze?" For some reason, William felt a little disappointed. He was thinking that Star-Blaze would be something very unique.
Maria handed the Star-Blaze to William's hand. "You have learned how to control your mana right?" William nodded his head in response. His teachers have thoughts about everything basic about Mana.
"Try pouring your mana in the Star-Blaze?" William nodded and closed his eyes to focus on moving his mana from his heart to his right hand. From his right palm to the foreign object in his hand.
While William had closed his eyes, the other worriedly looked at William. The awakening of the Star-Blaze will play a huge role in William's future. As the next ruler of the Sithen Kingdom, everyone was expecting William to awaken at least a high-grade skill. If William awakens the lowest grade skill, then it would be very difficult for him to get powerful in the future.
William was not an expert in circulating his Mana. From his childhood, he has learned that being the Incubus King, he had more mana than other Incubi or Succubi of his age. As William's age increased, his Mana quantity also kept on increasing making it more and more difficult for him to control his mana. To him trying to control his mana was like trying to push a river's water in the opposite direction of the current. The process was extremely difficult and required his full focus.
After about 3 minutes, everyone was about to lose their patience, but then they saw the Star-Blaze slowly starting to glow. Seeing this everyone sighed in relief.
Soon everyone began frowning seeing the dim orange light. "The dim orange light is a sign that William might awaken the lowest grade skill. This is bad. William tries pushing more of your mana into the Star-Blaze." The color of the Star-Blaze determined the rank of the skill that a person was going to awaken.
Everyone's heart beat fiercely. William was their pride. He was the pride of the Sithen Kingdom. He was the only Incubus King born in [500+] years. If William awakened a low-tier skill his future would be filled with endless struggles. And William might even lose all of his confidence.
William tightly shut his eyes and focused on pushing his mana towards his right arm. But just then as if something magical happened. William felt a foreign suction that was sucking his Mana.
'The Star-Blaze is sucking my mana.' He has never heard of the Star-Blaze sucking someone's mana. But after a few seconds he figured that to awaken the Sage rank skill which was the highest grade skill, the Star-Blaze needed more of his mana.
"What is happening?" Everyone's mouth was left wide open seeing the color of the Star Blaze rapidly changing. First, the color changed from dim orange to red then it continued changing until the color of the Star-Blaze became Deep Purple and then changed to a rainbow color.
The light radiating from the Star-Blaze was so intense that everyone was forced to close their eyes. It was as if they had teleported right before the sun. The 7 colors of light were so bright and intense that even the powerful Succubus queen couldn't keep her eyes open.
The light of the Star Blaze continued shining for the next 5 minutes. In that 5 minutes, William's mana was rapidly being sucked and he couldn't do anything to stop it. William did not panic knowing that a lot of mana is required to awaken the highest grade skill. 'But at this, all of my mana will be sucked dry. When that happens, I will be dead.' He had only had a few percent of his mana left. If all that mana was sucked, then William would be dried up and die.
Fortunately, the Star-Blaze started slowing down as the light from the Star-Blaze also started dimming down. After a minute, the Star-Blaze stopped glowing. Under everyone's eyes, the Star-Blaze started to crack.

"William, can you show us your status panel." William nodded his head and called the system to show the status panel. Now that William had awakened his Star-Blaze ability, he can call the System Status panel to see his stats and skills.

"Yes," William simply nodded as he locked his eyes on his racial skills. He wasn't expecting to have 5 racial skills. Even his father who was a royal Incubus had only had 2 racial skills.
Everyone walked near William and looked at his stats. They ignored the racial skill and directly looked at the Innate skill of William.
"A sage rank skill?" Everyone gasped. For a moment everyone looked at each other's reactions. Maria even rubbed her eyes to make sure she wasn't seeing things. The shock in their eyes couldn't be hidden.
"Oh, my Succubus Goddess!!!! This is really a Sage rank skill?" Even the Succubus queen did not have any Sage rank skill. In the multiple centuries-long histories of the Sithen Kingdom, other than the founding father of the Empire, no one else from the royal family had managed to awaken a Sage rank skill.
Sage rank, is the highest tier skill that an individual can awaken. This was big news. If the news of the future ruler of the Sithen Kingdom having Sage rank skills is leaked to the enemy, then the enemy would do anything to kill William. In the entire world, only a few handfuls of beings had Sage rank skills. Having a Sage rank skill is the same as being blessed by the heavens.
For the next five minutes, no one said anything. The shock they received was just too big for them.
"But What is Perfect Copy?"
Everyone looked at the Succubus queen. "I have read about all the known Sage rank skills but I have never heard of Perfect Copy. Is this a new type of Skill that our William managed to awaken?"
"William, show us the description of your skill?" Hearing his father's words, William couldn't hide anything even if he wanted to.

[Description]: - A special type of innate skill that allows the user to copy any skills used by others. According to the level of the user, the skill will place some restrictions and limits on the use of Star-blaze. But as the user levels up, those restrictions will be lifted.
[Function 1]: - The user can learn a skill by observing the opponent. At the user's current level, the user can learn up to Legend rank skills. To learn higher rank skills, the user must level must reach level 100 or above.]
[Function 2]: - The number of skills that the user can copy and learn within the legend rank is limited to 100. The user must level up and reach level 100 or above to learn more skills.
[Function 3]: - The user cannot copy the racial skills of other races.
[Function 4]: - Perfect copy skill also allows the user to view other individuals' status panels. The level of the person whose status panel the host wants to view must not be higher than [50+] levels above the host's current level.
[Function 5]: - Certain innate skills or passive skills requires the help of an artifact or external factors to activate. The user cannot copy the skills which require the assistance of an external factor to activate.
[Function 6]: - After successfully copying any passive skill, the level of the passive skill will be by default at level 1. The user can level up with skills with points.]
'These 6 functions are more like restrictions. But even with these restrictions, this skill is too broken. I can't even begin to imagine how powerful I would become if I were to learn 100 skills while being at level 0. The main restriction of my Sage rank skill is my level.' Inwardly William couldn't wait to start copying skills already. As long as he can observe the whole process of a person using a certain skill, he would be able to copy that skill and learn it instantly.
Unlike Innate skills, passive skills did not have any rank. Passive skills instead had levels. As long as a person levels up a passive skill to a certain height, that passive skill can become powerful even a Sage rank skill.
Unfortunately, William cannot start leveling. He was to wait 5 more years before he can level up. Until he can level up, William won't be allowed to leave the Mansion without any bodyguard.
Laura, the Succubus queen took a deep breath and calmed her wild heart. She was very happy that William had awakened a Sage tier skill. As long as William is trained properly, he will become the next big pillar of the Kingdom.
"This is a national secret. I don't want this news to leak. If any of you dares to tell this news to another soul, I will personally punish that person. If anyone asks, let's tell them that William was awakened a Legend-tier skill. As for what skill William has managed to awaken, keep that a secret."
Everyone seriously nodded their heads. The thought of revealing this big secret to others never crossed their minds. William's stepmothers loved William just like their own son they would never put William's life in danger.
After that William was allowed to leave the underground hall the Succubus queen and others stayed behind. "We will have to increase the security around William. I personally take care of this matter." Everyone nodded hearing the Succubus queen's words.
"I will personally start training him from tomorrow itself." No one had any intention. If William is trained by the queen herself, who is considered one of the strongest individuals in the Empire, William will receive lots of benefits.
