Beast Tamer Ezio

The monster's instincts were strong. As soon as the Mana Force flared from Ezio's hands, the monster stopped the full charge and kicked the ground. A wall of rock rose and took the full brunt of the attack. But the explosion was still strong. After destroying the wall it hit the monster who was now crossing its front legs.

The rock armor was solid, but the explosion still chipped quite a bit. The bear was also sent back flying. Taking the chance, Ezio dashed with a golden wind under his feet and wings on his back. He was in front of the monster in a second. While the monster was gathering its wits, Ezio touched its body and reduced the gravity on its body. As soon as he did that, he punched the sky and a wall of metal rose beneath the monster and propelled it to the sky.

The bear roared in irritation as rocks started to gather on its body. It wanted to increase its weight to stay earthbound but how could Ezio let him. He jumped on top of the Metal wall and kicked the monster's belly to send it to the sky. He then jumped and floated with the wings and jumped again by using one of the rocks that was flying towards the monster to send the bear even higher.

"ROAR!" The bear cried but it had nothing to do at this point. Ezio then kicked the ground and tens of steel spikes as thick as a bear's leg appeared on the ground, just underneath the monster. He counted the seconds and not long after, the gravity spell got canceled and the bear started to freefall.

Crying in distress, the bear fell on top of the spikes. Although its rock armor was strong, it wasn't as effective against metal spikes. Tens of metals pierced through the armor and its body, while it was trying hard to free itself.

Ezio dashed in its direction and a black dagger appeared in his hand. The dagger was covered with lightning stabbed into the monster's eye, and killed it within seconds!

"Phew, that was intense!" He sighed as he fell on his buttock. He spent a lot of Mana Force to use all those moves. The one that spawned the Metal Spikes was a new one.

"A gentleman should always be armed. If not, he should be able to arm those around himself. If there is no one around the gentleman, arm the ground. Slap it, and let the ground be your soldier."

Metal Spikes!

After resting for a while, Ezio put the dead body into the Mysterious Room and walked into the cave. The cave was going down and there were claw marks all around. Obviously, this bear was territorial, which explained the lack of monsters around and the anger of the beast.

It took almost ten minutes to descend all the way to the den. There, Ezio saw something amazing. In the middle of the den, there was a lake green in color. But the Qi seeping from the lake was so dense that he could actually see it.

"A spring." He exclaimed in surprise. Springs were natural spots where the world would erupt the excess essence. They weren't rare per se, but they were pretty uncommon. Almost all springs would be monopolized by the powers and a sect or kingdom would be built close to them. After all, living close to a spring would increase the pace of cultivation in that place.

"It is pretty high level," Ezio said in surprise. But in the next second, he was taken aback. At first, he thought there was another bear in the spring, but when he got closer he realized it was just a baby bear whimpering in fear. "Sorry, little fella. I had to do what I had to do."

"I guess I will end your misery." Ezio shook his head and summoned the dagger, just as he was about to kill the baby bear too, a voice in his mind stopped him.

"Wait, wait!" His consciousness pulled to the Mysterious Room. He looked at the window where Botanist Ezio was and noticed there was another avatar of him with a hat on his head and whip on his belt. Behind this avatar, there was a window much like Heaven's Backyard. "Don't ya kill dat bear, my man."

"Who are you? And what is with the accent?" Ezio asked with his brow twitching.

"I am Beast Tamer Ezio, sport." The avatar flashed a smile, "and this place is Heaven's Eastyard. Ya can bring monsters ya tame here for me to train them. And when ya need them, ya can summon them to fight for ya."

"Alright. So can I take that bear?" Ezio asked with a frown. He hasn't tamed the beast yet, but since Beast Tamer Ezio was awakened, it meant he fulfilled a condition.

"It is just a baby, so yes. It has already submitted to ya." Beast Tamer Ezio said with a smile.

"Oh, I see, I see. So how am I gonna take it here?" Ezio asked with joy. This new occupation would be quite helpful.

"Touch its forehead and let your Qi run through its mind like this." Beast Tamer Ezio said as he flared his Qi. Ezio felt the circulation and nodded. "It will force a contract between you."

"Alright." Ezio left the Mysterious Room and walked up to the bear. The baby bear was hiding its head between its paws and was too afraid to look at him. Ezio placed his palm at his head and circulated his Qi as Beast Tamer Ezio did. In the next second, he felt a connection with the creature in front of him. The creature, too, raised its head as he looked at Ezio. It was shivering a second ago, but now, it was looking at Ezio as if it was looking at its mother.

"Beasty, I tamed him," Ezio said with a grin as he patted the bear. "He is cute!"

"What the hell with the nickname, my man. Can't ya come up with something better?" Beasty said with a sigh.

"Just give up, Beasty!" Botty said in anger. "At least it is not Botty."

"True dat, old pal." Beasty said as he shook his head. "Just cover the beast with your Qi and suck it in here. I'll take care of the rest."
