Despite her dark mood after last night, Nyrissa found it hard not to get caught up in Natalie's excitement. 


The moment they had walked through the doors to the mall, she saw the teenager come out in her sister.


Natalie's eyes grew wide and bright as she tried to look everywhere all at once. 


Natalie turned on Quentin with the same exuberance she had shown as she looked around. "Really?"


Quentin laughed as he wrapped his arm around her thin shoulders. "Yes! Isn't this where all the cool kids go to get clothes?" 


Natalie's smile dipped a bit. "I wouldn't know. I have never been considered cool." 


Quentin's brows furrowed as he tried to piece together what would have upset Natalie. Mandy caught it as well and hooked her arm through Natalie's before anyone else stepped up. 


"Well, you're super cool to us! Let's go find a store and see how much of your new brother-in-laws' money we can blow on you!" Mandy proclaimed with a wink at Quentin and Nyrissa.
